About ten years ago I bought a new AC unit from these people. They gave me a great deal on the unit. When it was installed I noticed a small dent on a panel. I complained and without any fuss they replaced the panel. They have been good with their word and service. These people are so professional and diligent with their work. These people have NEVER failed me in any way in the 10 plus years I’ve done business with them. I totally recommend them to anyone. They are a totally legit business.

They installed a new Lennox packaged unit in December. It replaced a 20 year old Lennox unit that they installed in 2002. John Calandri gave me a good price. He gave me a generous discount for being a senior and a longtime customer. I have them service my units twice a year. Their technicians are always knowlegible, friendly, and on time. It was certainly a pleasure doing business with Mr. Cool when it was time to purchase a new A/C unit, and a Whole House Fan. Installation went so smooth and their Service Dept. is also great. Doing a yearly maintenance check with their Service Dept. is top notch. They call to schedule an appointment and their service department arrived just as scheduled. Yia Yang was our serviceman along with 'Jose', they were very courteous and professional and he did a through job of our yearly summer service and testing our A/C, provided a new filter. Yia diagnosed an electrical problem on our Whole House Fan switch and made the necessary repair to fix it.I can relax knowing I'm in good hands with "Mr. Cool". My husband and I recently moved into our new home a few months ago and decided that we wanted to get solar and a new air conditioner unit. We called Donald P. Dick and asked them to come out for a quote. David Dick came out to see what we had and what would be the best new unit for our home and usage. We received the quote the next morning and was given a great price. Our solar unit was installed within ONE day and it was up and running within 7 days! It was amazing... The guys were respectful of our property, everything was done clean and looks GREAT!Our AC unit was installed within a few days of receiving the quote. The unit was installed with in a day and a half which was wonderful. Our sons room was always the hottest room in the home and for the first time in months he slept in a cool room.We are VERY happy with Donald P. Dick and their service. Manual with Donald P Dick Fresno came to complete our winter service inspection in our home. Manual was on time and has great customer service. He put on the booties before entering our home, I have wood floors so I really appreciated this. Manual explained everything that he was doing, changed the batteries in our thermostat device, replaced the filter and did the inspection with a smile. Great company great service... why use anyone else!!!!

One of our A/C units wasn't cooling properly, so we called the company that installed it when our house was built. After 3 visits, it was clear they weren't going to get the job done, so after some research, we called Mr. Cool. The tech spent quite a bit of time here troubleshooting. He got it going, but it didn't solve the problem & he had told me to call back if it still wasn't right. He was very thorough and persistent in his work and was very personable. I highly recommend Donald P. Dick HVAC!Update: 9/5/19Since the first visit didn't quite solve our problem, we called back and two techs came today. Adrian and another fellow. The problem got solved and another discovered on our other unit, which was also fixed while they were here. Thank you Mr. Cool, you're earned my continuing business!
