This man doesn't know what he's talking about. I called this man about a simple ceiling drywall repair quote. Not only did he jump to the conclusion that my ceiling had asbestos, which has been banned since 1977, (and my home was built in 1990 if he'd asked), he had the nerve to ask for pictures of the proposed work, (with my address included), without actually replying to my text messages, (which he suggested), afterwards. And this was after calling him 72 hours prior to this post, only to get fed up with his poor response to my legit repair inquiry. Again, I believe this guy doesn't know what he's talking about, and he sure doesn't give a fly squirrel about his potential customers. Trust goes only so far with these independent entrepreneurs. Fake reviews got me again!Update: owner responded to this review and stated that I "had a stalking mentality" and that we "weren't a good fit." Dude, you never replied to my actual text messages or returned my call, but you took the time to reply to this review? And customers who request a reply are considered stalkers? 🤪 I guess you just proved your negative reviews are true at least.

I called for a popcorn ceiling removal service his website states he provides.His response on the phone word by word “I do not really do that” with an attitude like if I’m asking something out of the ordinary and hangs up not even apologizing or anything that his website stated that. His customer service obviously needs some work if he’s going to continue to run a business. After leaving a one star review after my experience, he called me back harassing me and said he was going to call the authorities because I left a one star review.PLEASE BE AWARE and take your business else where.

Very poor quality of work, non-existent communication and utterly unprofessional.He showed up to quote me on a bathroom remodel at the scheduled time, but on the day we agreed to start work, he didn't show up and he didn't call. He finally appeared the next afternoon. I should have fired him then but was eager to have my new bathroom, and he said he had loads of experience with drywall, my main concern. Initially he said he would have everything ready for us to finish and paint in 2 days, but 5 days later he wasn't halfway done! He would show up for an hour and then just leave, and some days wouldn't show up at all! I had already paid him for all the materials and $200 for demolition, and when I told him his services were no longer needed, he proceeded to write me an invoice for $400 more! This isn't saying anything about his shoddy craftsmanship. My husband had to completely redo the tile grout and the drywall texture because it was just unacceptable. He never even bothered to get out his drywall sprayer and just streaked on mud willy-nilly with a trowel. I explicitly said I wanted knock-down texture to match the rest of the house, but what I got was a very ugly version of old world stucco with obvious lines throughout the walls. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Sean responded to our call for water damage the same day. Right away he pulled back all the carpet and set up fans and dehumidifiers. He worked quickly and was very informative. He replaced the carpet pad, sanitized the floor and walls and cleaned the carpets. He was kind and friendly and we recommend his services. Thank you.
