Our roof starting leaking last night with the downpour of rain. My husband had to go in the attic to put buckets until we could find someone to come out to do repairs. He called a few places, but they were booked. Then he spoke with someone at High Impact Roofing, they sent someone out to give us an estimate. The quote was very reasonable & they said they could do the repairs today. I was already at work when my husband messaged me, by the time I got home they were already finishing up. They picked up everything & even blew off our whole yard. 😁 Thanks Manuel, to you & your crew for a professional job well done.

High Impact Roofing has done yet another superb job!Although we knew that there were leaks in both the roof and patio cover, it was only when Manuel went up on our roof and took pictures, that we could see the extent of deterioration over time. There were broken tiles, the rolled roofing had deteriorated, and the seal between the tiles and patio cover had dried out. In fact, the previous roofing company had installed some of the materials backwards, adding to the problem.We received an estimate promptly and Mirella quickly worked us into their schedule. Thecommunication was excellent from start to finish.The crew arrived on time, working proficiently with great care to remove the damaged materials from both the roof and patio cover. They installed the new materials with each crew member diligently working on his assigned task. Once the entire roof was blown clean of leaves and debris, adjustments were made to a very sad-looking rain gutter to make it drain correctly. Additionally, the crew replaced some cracked tiles for us, treating our home as if it were their own. This family is knowledgeable, and excels at their craft. They finished even sooner than promised, and as the other reviewers have stated, the cleanup was just amazingly complete. Never have we had the pleasure of working with such a terrific contractor. In fact, we will be asking them to return to fix the other side of the roof. Thank you, High Impact Roofing!!

They are very professional and easy going at a affordable price. They go over the contract and make sure you understand what is going to be done before signing and paying. While working they clean as they go and make sure everything clean and nothing is left behind. Fast pace working, only took 2 days to complete it. Very satisfied and happy with the outcome. I received a notice from my insurance company stating that I needed a new roof on my house or they were going to drop me, so I applied for an equity loan and they told me that it would take 4 to 6 weeks to finalize the loan, well the insurance company told me that I needed to do it within about a month time, so I figured I would get some bids and then hopefully the roofing company would have someone they finance through, so after calling around, High Impact Roofing came in with the lowest bid by almost $1000 and when I spoke with them about my situation with my insurance company, Manuel which is the owner told me not to worry about coming up with the money up front, he would roof it and when we got the money from the equity loan we could pay him. This was kind of unbelievable, you don’t see this nowadays. Also I must mention how nice his wife was, she works in the office. Excellent work👍👍👍👍

We had 3 leaks in 3 different areas on our tile roof. High Impact gave us a reasonable estimate. They the job done. Exceeded our expectations. We would definitely recommend. Absolutely wonderful service from start to finish. Had been jerked around by a couple of roof repair outfits that did estimates and then raised price (one of them x4 of original) High Impact came out took a look, had a quote within a day. Accepted it , they came out the following week, on time, finished up in one day. They did such a great job with cleanup (above and beyond just the roof debris) that tenant asked if we could tip the crew, which we did. I just wanted to let anyone needing roof repair of any kind to contact High Impact Roofing. On Dec 20 my wife woke me up to let me know the roof was leaking and dripping onto the ceiling! I had it repaired last year where it totally collapsed into my dining room. Well the repairs was so badly done it was going to happen again! I had to but buckets in the attic. On the 21st I got up and starting calling around one told me “Oh we are a month booked out” so I called High Impact Roofing explained my Emergency the woman I spoke to said I will send some one out in a few minutes for a free estimate and regardless they can put plastic in the damaged area and seal it till you make a decision. They quickly came out very friendly and listened to my dire situation they looked at the damage and gave me a very reasonable price and were going to seal it up so it wouldn’t leak into my home. I asked when they would have time because of the rain. Probably not till new years. But we could do it today if you want! Oh Lord I was so happy! They left got supplies came back started and finished in approximately 7 hours. It was pretty extensive work strip it to the wood replace wood a new valley underlaying and shingles. These people did an excellent job more than I expected. They checked everything on the roof added extra wood to the roof to make a pitch basically they used the about 22 -2x4 studs to build the roof up over the restroom of my home and then they poured water to make sure that the water flowed and did not pool. At the end they used a drone to take pictures of the entire roof so that I can have pictures to see how it came out.
