If I could give zero stars I would. Since the day they said they "finished" our patio cover it has leaked since August 2023. Keep getting the run around that they will come out and fix the problem. The guys came out 1 time to "fixed" the problem but still leaking I didn't spend alot of money on this for it to leak. I have pictures and video of everytime it leaks when it rains. Bad customer service and communication.

SHADY BUSINESS‼️ They advertise on their website get a free consultation and estimate any time. No sales pitch or obligation. FALSE! Run this company is so dishonest. They have you sign an incomplete contract thinking your getting a free estimate. Then they call you months later threatening you to go through with them or else they will put a lien on your home. Went to resolve this in person with Judith Sanchez & she to complies with the companies bait & switch tactics stating they already put a lien on the house when the project was never started or completed. Asked for receipts of permit & materials & she could not provide. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY‼️

Sales was not pushy the product is great quality and the deal was great. Installation was done quickly and efficiently. Installers were nice courteous and picked up after themselves.

We had Steven come out to inform us about window upgrade.We purchased and had ALBERT AND ANOTHER YOUNG GUY START JOB.Albert was pulled the young guy stayed and worked diligently.The Albert returned and other guys came to help.Two areas needed extra attention.The company had them come back and fix it.My wife satisfied and I am satisfied.At ALL LEVELS THE COMPANY SHOWEDMY DEFINITION OF TEAMTOGETHEREVERYONEACHIEVESMORE.I spoke with bosses after it was done and felt compelled to GLADLY SAY I AM RECOMMENDING THIS COMPANY!!!!I already passed stevens name to co workers and friends.Keep it upService: Remodeling

They were great and your buddies until you decide to cancel then won't return calls or won't reply to cancelation notice after several calls. They seemed like a great place prior, but very disappointed after!!!! I would have still recommended but not after the last 3 days trying to make sure it was cancelled. A simple email or text reply would have been sufficient.

Very unreliable, I signed the contract back in January and whoever came to my house selling the windows said that within 2 weeks I was going to get all my windows measured and within a month get them installed which didn’t happen I had to call them to ask them when they were going to come out and do the measurements. After they came 1 month later I had to call them again to see when were they going to install the windows they said they were getting my windows on a Wednesday which they told me they would call me to schedule the appointment for installation, I waited Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and didn’t receive a call. Again I had to call them to ask what was going on and had to give them an attitude in order to get helped, they scheduled my installation for Sunday March 19th but no one ever showed up or called me to cancel. I am very upset don’t know if I got scammed. Definitely wouldn’t recommend them they are unreliable and unprofessional I at least deserved a courtesy call from them canceling my installation for another day.

I got my windows in under the 3 month they said which was quick timing and the crew I got with David did well and moved quick. He even made sure the little stuff around the windows were fixed. I know it wasn’t his job and I appreciate it

Their worker put a flyer on my door, and when he left, he stoled my phone that I just ordered, from the front doorstep. My neighbor from across the street has him on his ring and they still deny their worker took my phone. Don’t trust this company.
