Lee's has been wonderful! We have already used their services for two different jobs and have scheduled a third and their representatives are thorough, professional and friendly. One in particular, David M. has worked with us twice so far and he has been incredibly helpful. He has described everything very well, is very friendly and helpful and has helped to put our mind at ease about everything we have to deal with since we need some major repairs. I will continue to use Lee's, especially since David works there! He is literally the best plumber I have ever worked with and I wish there were more service reps like him. Lee's, you did well by hiring someone like David and don't ever let him go!

Lee's Air, Plumbing, and Heating has been amazing to work with. Jose Rivera is who has serviced our A/C and heating. He has been absolutely amazing! His customer service and knowledge is above and beyond. He explained in detail how our system works and what would help keep it running smoothly. He was very honest and I appreciate the time, patience, respect and knowledge he had! I 100% recommend Jose for service!!

Damien completed a inspection of our two HVAC units. He was friendly and professional and gave a full explanation of the work completed and what he saw. We were Confort Now customers and this is our first visit from Lee's. We were satisfied and the only suggestion would be to have the techs take photos of what they saw and present it to the customers. That was a service provided by Comfort Now, that wasn't done by Lee's. However, Lee's will follow up with me about my next visit... something Comfort Now did not do. Overall, I am satisfied with the service and I renewed my service agreement for both units for another year.

Tony, and Lee’s Air Install team did an excellent job! They fully replacing our 40 year old water cooled system. Our building is older so they had to work through some difficult challenges, (electrical, attic space, ducting) but they took each one in stride and handled each with efficiency. The sales experience was excellent. Tony took time to understand our needs and bring solutions we could work with and as a bonus, the follow up after the sale, ie. taking care of any issues… was prompt and effective. Our church building is now poised to take on the challenges of the 21st-century.

This rating is strictly about Francisco Ramos who works at Lee’s Air, Plumbing & Heating. Francisco came to help me and my husband with our ecobee thermostat. He was a great help. He helped us set up the system for the wi-fi & cell phone which I had not wanted to do when we first purchased and had the unit installed by Lee’s. Francisco explained and patiently answered all our questions. If we need to call Lee’s again for a home visit we will ask for Francisco Ramos. I highly recommend him. CeCe

I called Lee’s plumbing to schedule an inspection and a second opinion. Selena worked with me to get an appt ASAP that also worked with our busy schedule. She was so helpful and accommodating. Ultimately we cancelled due to the problem being fixed but I was so impressed with their professionalism and customer service. I will certainly be calling Lee’s in the future.

Joseph did great. I'm not too thrilled by the fact that the leak came from a cross-thread from the initial installation in 2021. I have no idea how long gas has been seeping down into my house. Poor craftsmanship there.But Joseph was fine fixing the mistake his colleague made the previous day on the repair.

I was so stressed and concerned once my AC went out in the middle of summer. After trying with a different company and hitting road blocks and only leaving me more concerned, I called Lees. They were out the same day evaluating my system and telling me exactly what to expect. They helped me with financing choices and were so kind and had portables delivered that same day so we didn't have to leave the house. Turns out my 33 year old system was outdated, so Lees came the following day and replaced and updated every part of the HVAC unit. I had no idea my old system was working so poorly but I can already tell a major difference in functionality and efficiency. Justin and Jonathan as well as the rest of the team we're so helpful and assuring I can not recommend them enough! Had Luis Estrada come out because my unit just wasn’t cooling right. Guess it was a smaller unit than I needed. I’m always cautious when people tell me I need something fixed/replaced. I didn’t have to tell him anything. He had pictures of everything that was wrong by the previous company and was able to explain it in laymen’s terms for me to understand . Good trust worthy guy

I am reviewing again because we had some major plumbing issues and had technician Ruben Dominguez assigned to this job. We were very impressed with his professionalism, politeness, knowledge, hard working, promptness and he thoroughly walked us through the process of what he would be doing to fix our problem. If we had anymore plumbing problems, we would definitely like to have him assigned to us again. We commend Lee’s for great employees they have and invest in. Well done!

We had Lee's Air install our new HVAC in 2021 and they have been maintaining it ever since. Never had a problem or bad experience with Lee's. Very professional and I love the communication through texting.They are not the cheapest company around, but in this case, you get what you pay for in better customer service and more knowledgeable techs

Aaron with Lee’s Air, Plumbing, and Heating did an awesome job servicing our HVAC unit. He took the time to make sure our unit wasn’t only running within limits but made sure it was running at peak performance. After the job he took the time to go over every detail of what the condition of our unit was and what he did during the servicing. Quinn did an awesome job with our HVAC annual tuneup, even though the furnace is a bit difficult to get to in the attic. He was informative, neat, and quite efficient in his work. In the past 2.5 weeks, I have had three Lee’s technicians come to my house on four separate occasions. The first technician, Benjamin Kampen, came to tune-up my heating unit. He convinced me that an annual membership for Lee’s services would be a good investment, and it has already proven beneficial to me. Benjamin not only did his work diligently and efficiently, he provided me with photos of the heating unit that is out of sight up on my roof so that I could have the model and serial numbers to enable me to inquire about the unit being under warranty. He also provided me with a cost estimate for replacing the unit’s Limit Switch in the event the warranty had expired. I told Benjamin that I wanted to consult a Lee’s technician about options for more cost-effective water heating for my home. Benjamin secured an appointment with technician Michael Sanders. Michael came to my home and after reviewing with me the various options and costs, I decided I should begin by getting rid of an old hot water heater and getting a new one installed. Michael arranged for the replacement and installation of the hot water heater the very next day. Ruben Dominguez, the technician for replacing the hot water heater arrived promptly on time and went to work. When he was finished, he showed me the new heater and explained that it was all set to go. He mentioned that he had checked for gas leaks and there were none. Hearing him say he checked for gas leaks, I asked him if he would check my other, newer water heater for gas leaks. He obliged and showed me that there two gas leaks! I asked him to please turn off the gas valve to that water heater and to arrange for the repair of the leaks. Like the other two technicians, Ruben arranged for the repair work to be done on a Monday, the next business day. Early on the appointed Monday, Ruben arrived and in no time had changed the malfunctioning parts and had my water heater set and ready to go.In conclusion, I want to state that all three Lee’s technician’s were “5-Stars”! They were prompt, courteous, efficient, and thoroughly professional. I could not ask for more. I am extremely impressed with Lee’s organization, its management systems, its highly qualified technicians, and its first-rate customer service!

Our air conditioning units had multiple areas of failure and were past due for replacement. We had previously used Lee's for urgent AC repairs over the last four years and had been very satisfied with their prompt service. We therefore contacted Lee's for our new air conditioning needs. We decided to go with switching everything to electric given that we plan on obtaining solar panels in the future, which included switching to a heat pump. They were very transparent in regards to the pricing. They estimated for the work to be done after four days and the work was completed and fully inspected within that time frame. Very satisfied in regards to working with us to fit our needs and our preferences. Think they are offering high quality products and therefore from that aspect it will be more expensive especially when changing everything over. Lee's has been very reliable overall and again have been very satisfied with their customer service. Thank you!P.s. No one paid me to write this. Fernando and Jonathan were prompt to the appointment, assessed and fixed our problem in only moments! We previously had another plumbing company come out several months ago, who told us we needed to purchase a unit through him, and he even had the unit we needed "handy" on his truck (no kidding).But Fernando and Jonathan fixed the tank we have, and gave two good alternative tanks for OUR particular location (out in the country) for when we want to upgrade. We will be scheduling to do so next month. We appreciate professionalism, expertise, and no pressure!

David called me right at the beginning of the arrival window to give me an eta on his arrival. He arrived in a timely manner, was polite and courteous. He was able to identify and explain the problem and have it fixed in no time. After the work was completed he gave me an estimate of how long it would take the system to cool down my house, and ensured everything was working properly. I really appreciate the time he took to explain everything and break things down.I just had my second annual maintenance appointment and yet again the service was top notch! I had the privilege of working with Jorge this time and he was another excellent technician. He explained his findings and shared options for how I could improve the air quality in my home and ultimately improve my families quality of life.

NEVER call these guys!!!! Total scam artists!! I had Lee’s come out because cold air was blowing out when I turned the heat on in my house. The first tech came out and said I needed to $7,000-$9,000 in repairs because there was a safety code registering and they wouldn’t be able to fix it without rebuilding a portion of the unit but wanted his boss to come out to check it out. His boss came out and said it was better that I just replaced my unit and quoted me $26,000. Then he said my other unit was old and should be replaced too and quoted me $47,000 for both units. Said if I gave him the green light he would have 5 guys at the house the next morning and they’d get the job done. I called a different HVAC company to get a second opinion and they came to the house and within 2 mins they identified that it was a wiring issue with the thermostat and fixed the problem for $100. Lee’s never even took the thermostat off the wall to check the wiring. One of the first questions the tech asked me was if I had a home warranty or not because all they wanted to do was sell me a new unit.

I called Lee's and they said my AC unit needed to be repaired and quoted me at 10k for a repair or 20k for a new unit and on top of that charged me 100 bucks. I called Costless Plumbing Heating and they were here 5 minutes and said it was just a bad fuse. Charged me $95 dollars and it's fixed! This place is a scam!! So so sad that they do this to people!!
