New View Roofing did an extraordinary job replacing my roof. I contacted numerous roofers with great credentials and Jaime was the only one that actually met with me first to discuss the product and installation process before quoting the job. His pricing came in on the lower end, but more importantly his team worked nonstop when they were at my home. Everything was scheduled in a very organized manner so that the entire roof including inspections was done in a compressed efficient manner. Lastly, they did a very thorough job cleaning up when done. I highly recommend this company.

To all the homeowners out there, do not hesitate to place your trust in New View Roofing. They do what they say they will do. The owner, Jaime, is a congruent man. They say that 98% of the roofers are crooks. New View Roofing is definitely in the 2% good.We are elderly in our 70’s. We were tricked by a wicked contractor who did a shoddy job on our entire roof in January 2021. Fast forward two years later exactly, in January 2023, our new roof leaked. The sad situation drove us out of our wits. We had several roofers come and see the roof, and give us a quote. They all concurred that our roof was irreparable. And then our neighbor gave us the phone number of their roofer which was New View Roofing. Jaime came, inspected our roof, and was taken aback, not understanding how a roofer could have done such a bad job, not following the guidelines of a roof installation. He said he is going to give us a good price because of our situation. His quote was the best of all the roofers who came, but it took us some time before we were able to trust again. Jaime was calm, poised, and not pushy, not greedy, not bossy. He did not seem to want to take advantage of us at all. The problem was with us, we were broken inside because of the prior roofer. We no longer trusted anyone. We knew we no longer had a home, because our home did not have a reliable roof. Finally we chose New View Roofing to re-do our roof. Jaime took the time to explain all the steps of the installation, and mentioning cool roof, and the material he was using. When we chose the color of the shingles, we made a mistake of choice, too white, in the contract. Jaime helped us choose the shingle color by showing us a couple of homes. This helped us a lot, he changed the color in our contract without problem. He said he was confident that he would do a good roof, and that we should not worry. He had an exceptional hard working crew who knew their job perfectly. They worked diligently and fast in order to beat the rain forecast for the coming week end. It was incredible. The company is a family owned, and the crew his cousins. Jaime was easy to reach during the time frame of the roof installation, and a good listener. Our roof was done quickly and well. We felt a breeze of peace. It was about time. We now have a beautiful roof, with no leaks, just as Jaime said. And this new roof with an excellent craftsmanship makes our older home beautiful too.New View Roofing literally gave us our life back. Thank you very much Jaime. We knew Jaime’s company was right for us from the moment we met him! Not only did he come in with the lowest bid, he came across as highly knowledgeable and very respectful and understanding. When I had a question (even some dumb ones), he answered them all, always returning my calls within a few minutes no matter what the time of day. He even took time out of his busy day to drive up the mountain to finish covering the house because there was a slight chance of rain! His crew was amazing! An extremely friendly and professional group of guys, it was truly amazing to watch them work. They not only replaced the roof, but all of the fascia and some spots of dry rot as well. And at the end of each work day, they cleaned up everything. I could hardly tell they’d been here. Everything looks so beautiful and new now. I believe it looks better than the original roof. We needed a small repair on our roof and the shingles around our air-conditioner replaced and properly installed. Jaime was very professional. Cannot speak to the quality of work from this business, however can relay my personal experience. Contacted the owner for a rental property and he confirmed an appointment within an hour after receiving the property info. An hour passes, then two hours, then all day goes by. He was a “no show” no return call, or response, after a few messages.I have since scheduled with a more reputable company. I have performed many remote repairs with licensed companies and wouldn’t recommend this business for home repairs
