I was extremely pleased with the work done by rainbow restoration. They quickly responded to my phone call for service. The two young men that did the initial inspection and the work a few days later were very professional and friendly.They took before and after pictures under the house so I could Understand exactly what work needed to be done and how they accomplished it.Rainbow restoration company made it very easy for me to coordinate their work with the plumbing company that fixed the broken pipe under the house.I highly recommend Rainbow Restoration.

I found water damage in my kitchen due to my kitchen sink leaking. I called Rainbow and the owner Cheri was excellent in explaining the process of their services for my situation. I was extremely happy that they were able to come out first thing the next morning. The service technicians did a thorough job of inspecting the water damage and making sure there was no mold. They came as scheduled. They had state of the art equipment. Accessed my water leak and pinpointed the damaged area. They also let me decide whether I wanted to repair the damage myself. Their personal attention to my situation made the problem not as bad. Everytime I called and dealt with the personnel it was a pleasant experience.
