We are super happy with our new patio. We were reluctant to change from our old wood patio that was covered with a bank rose, but when a beam broke it was time to go. It was definitely a lot of work for them to remove. Our new patio gives our home a much more modern look. It provides great shade throughout the day and we’re enjoying the fan that we didn’t have before. Contacted company regarding leaking patio roof and no follow up response to issue since last year of April 2023. Still awaiting to hear back and it is already April of 2024. Seems like the rain gutter is sagging in the middle of the patio where the two joints meet and water is pooling there and possibly leaking through the seams as illustrated in the photo. Poor design concept. Really disappointed with customer service and quality of product especially for what we have paid for. Real nice when they want you to purchase their product, but will not follow through when issue arises with their work craftsmanship and product quality.

RFMC did an outstanding job on tearing down our old patio and installing the new one. They even assembled and installed the fans at no extra charge. The 2 man crew worked hard and were very courteous. Initially, they told us it would take a couple of days to install but were able to finish in one day. We highly recommend them!!~ :)

I had Patio Kings/RFMC put up 2 patios recently, with 3 fans and 10 lights. They turned out great! The design was very complex, and Rick took the time to create a perfect fit with some very tough angles. The crew was great and the project was done on time. I later had Rick come out to do an add-on piece, and it came out perfect. I would definitely recommend these guys to get your patio project complete!

I'm very happy and satisfied with RFMC construction, Inc. They remodeled both my bathrooms new shower in bedroom bathroom, and a walk in tub and the main bathroom I enjoy very much easy to get in and out of and very relaxing. RFMC installed a patio awning in my backyard just resent, and hauled away my old out dated awning for free. I'm very excited and happy with the quality work, modern updated look and material of my new patio awning. The Patio Kings division of RFMC installed a cover over my patio. The quality of the installation work was excellent, with the installers addressing my questions and keeping me informed throughout the process. The quality of the product itself is better than any cover I've had in prior homes. As long as the cover holds up, and any unlikely warranty issues are addressed, I give the whole experience, including my meetings with the sales rep, a perfect score.

They are called Patio Kings for a reason. We had them repair our patio cover with an aluminum cover. with in 3 weeks we now have a beautiful patio cover.They removed the old wood cover cleaned up and hauled away. Working with RFMC Construction was great. We hired them for an entire kitchen remodel also as a couple of other smaller things. Everything was taken care of properly -- a true full-service experience. The designer did an incredible job translating our ideas into a well-designed project and therefore the carpenters executed the plan well. Throughout the project, they were proactive in trying to find ways to form the result better or the method easier for us, instead of expecting us to ask. Highly recommend.

We had a patio cover installed on our new home. It is insulated with two fans and four lights. It covers approximately 14 x 30 feet. This project was the best thing we could have done to our back patio.The workmanship was absolutely the best. Also the crew that installed it were very good and neat. Very nice.We are extremely happy we found RFMC, Inc to do this for us. It's a great cover from rain and the hot sun.Very happy!

Rick and his staff did an excellent job on our 3 remodeling projects, which were done simultaneously. Lynea knew exactly what I was looking for and was instrumental in finding just the right way to put it all together. Carlos, Leo and Daniel were very knowledgeable about every step needed to complete the job. They are professional, friendly and didn’t complain when I got my ‘magnifying glass’ out to inspect their work. They cleaned up after themselves every day, kept the construction dust to a minimum and respected our home. They also kept us informed about their progress, alerted us to any delays and made sure we approved each item as it was completed. There were a few glitches, as with every remodel, and they went out of their way to solve the issues to our satisfaction.We remodeled two bathrooms (one was taken clear to the studs and required some work below the subfloor) and the kitchen. They completed everything two weeks ahead of schedule and I couldn’t be happier with the end results.I would have no concerns whatsoever about hiring RFMC again should we decide to remodel, or update our home in the future.

Nice and professional job. Crew came in when the materials were delivered. And they enclosed my patio which is now my man cave. Rick came in and got all the measurements to make sure a pool table would have enough space to play. Love the room and the table. Everything went just like Rick said it would. Only one thing went wrong in what Rick said. They finished 1 day ahead of schedule. The crew came in got it done and left my backyard cleaner than I inspected. Highly recommend this guys.

I had RFMC install a fairly large patio in backyard. I have to tell you that Rick has provided me with top-notch service from the beginning to end. He was able to execute the permit needed expeditiously and was able to have his team install the entire patio in one day. If you need anything done to your home, he is the man you need to call.
