We’re roughly 8 years into our Solar Negotiators system. The service has been good although somewhat confusing as the original installer who initially did our warranty work has turned it over to Solar Negotiators. Regardless, the work got done and the system is working as expected. Their service techs are outstanding; cordial and professional. I think if you’re considering solar you really need to talk to these people.

The long journey of debating to go solar finally was put to rest. 2 years of many inquiries and estimates with all of them trying to make a sale and push to get my business is now over. In the middle of summer of 2022 I reached out to solar negotiators via website, with in a few days I received a call from David, He went over my concerns and explained in details the pros and cons of every available option at no point did he make me feel he was pushing me to buy anything and at the same time he made it more of a friendly conversation rather than a sales pitch. He took all my information and had a estimate to what I wanted with some suggestions from him I was amazed by the lifetime warranty and maintenance my investment would come with. The more I investigated the more I realized he was very knowledgeable and was actually setting me up for success with my electrical bill rather than disappointment. I also inquired about having my electrical panel replaced due to it being old in what he gave me a price on that as well. The decision was made I was going solar. My final install was done in December and had me up and running. David and his crew made it happen. He was always giving me constant updates and was always very responsive to any questions and concerns. 2 month later after all was set and done, If I have a question with in minutes of reaching out to him he responds. He is consistent he has never failed to answer any questions. David thank you. Solar Negotiators really is fortunate to have you as part of the team.

We took about 2 years to decide on solar and what company. We are so glad we waited. Solar negotiators was the right choice. From making the decision to having the solar up and running is a long process, but they kept us informed of the steps we were on and what's next. The customer service is wonderful. Every one is extremely helpful and nice! Definitely happy with our decision. We gave a 4 stars instead of 5 because we thought we got the plan where if our power went out we would be able to use our batteries, but we were informed we didn't. So not sure what happened. Still happy. But I just suggest going over the contract in person so if there is any terminology you don't understand or questions they can get answered then , before you sign.

The Solar Negotiators senior sales representative Chuck Rowland explained to us at our initial meeting the requirements for the solar panel system & battery to be cost effective with NEM 3.0. Once we completed the agreement, the installation process, inspections and completion went smoothly. The companies representatives were helpful and able to answer any questions we had during this process.

Purposely waited for the whole procedure to be complete. The sales department conducted themselves professionally and still remained personable. No pressure and very informative while also respecting the other company’s out there.Because of the new net metering stuff the wait was a bit before installation. Having said that, the communication on updates and what was next was outstanding.Installation was just as professional and personable as sales. Polite and definitely knew what they were doing. Took a day for install and when they were gone place was clean. The rest just flowed like water. Just had the walk through and that was informative, professional and very pleasant. If your going Solar, I recommend these folks hands down. Thank you Tyler and the all the people involved to Maria’s part. I was a hard sell on this but happy I did it.

They called ahead to let us know arrival time. They arrived first thing in the morning; great for us. They were as quiet as could be. I barely heard them climbing or cleaning. I had to peek through the window to see that they were there. They were done with the solar panel cleaning within half an hour. No mess left behind. Water ran off through gutters.We’re waiting for before and after pictures.

I contacted Solar Negotiators about getting a quote. They quickly arranged to have me meet with Chuck. Chuck was very laid back, nice and gave me what I asked for. Not pushy at all! Their price beat everybody by 5-10k so that was helpful. But I liked that they did the whole project in house, monitor the panels and even clean the panels once a year.After signing up they continued to be excellent. I had an add on to my house and was adamant about getting the shut off switch installed prior to my siding going on. They meet my deadline and even swapped my "new" 200amp electrical panel for a solar ready panel without a labor charge. It was a pretty easy swap because it wasn't live yet and it lacked multiple breakers, but doing it without a labor charge to save all of us from a headaches was awesome.My 42 ground mount solar system got installed shortly thereafter. The installers didn't leave trash, were very professional and got the job done right and quicklyThe app is straight to the point. Their "know true up" website is a great tool as well. I was even notified of a small problem with one of the inverters during my closeout meeting. I was contacted extremely fast and was told they would replace the inverter really soon.Solar Negotiators always kept me up to date with scheduling. They were honest, did exactly what I had asked for and I couldn't be happier.

i'm not sure how this company has a 4.8 rating. At least with me they didn't keep me updated and took a long time to complete the installation, 7 months to be exact. I think that's very unprofessional, especially when you ask them to give you an update and no one ever gets back to you even though you email them and call them.

Terrible service, unreliable and would not recommend to others. I’ve had only 70% of my panels in operation since March 2023 and I’m still waiting for the issue to be resolved as of August 7th 2023 with no response as to when they plan to resolve the issues. I deeply regret referring my friends and family members.Update: Although the experience was not ideal at the beginning, I appreciated how Solar Negotiators was able to correct the issue and ensure I would be compensated for lost production. I got the solar panels replaced that weren’t producing, system evaluation, and management follow-ups to ensure the system is running at its full potential.

I upgrade my system ten months ago and were not producing. I contacted Solar Negotiators and send Louise Barcus to check my system. Louise Barcus was professional and very knowledgeable on her job. She was able to check my system and find the problem in a short time. What others couldn’t fix in ten months she was able to fix in a short time. Her knowledge and experience are exceptional and the service provided was incredible.

Sales knowledgeable and courteous, even when we went from a lease to cash. Installation was seamless and the follow up to install was once again very courteous and knowledgeable. The one tick was when; upon discovery that the incorrect inverter was installed, we were led to believe the smoke detector was the villain. When a crew came out to repair the smoke detector issue lo and behold they swapped out inverters. We were not made aware that the incorrect inverter had been installed until the repair crew swapped out the incorrect one. There was a real lack of communication on what was a ver big error. I really don’t mind that the wrong inverter was installed; mistakes happen, but the lack of communication was both rude and disrespectful.

Was very pleased with the advance notice of arrival for cleaning my panels. They were professional and courteous.They were kind enough to use my leaf blower to remove large accumulations of pine needles off of my roof and even cleaned up what they could. I made the mistake of submitting my info for a quote. I received an automated response where I would schedule a time to talk with a sales rep, and in the time it took me to open that email and look over the link, I received no less than 4 calls and 3 texts from this company.I continued to receive calls from this company repeatedly and I ultimately told them to remove me from their contact list as I was no longer interested in doing business with them.That was about a month ago.I received a text ad from them a few minutes ago, after I had already received "confirmation" that I was not to be contacted again.This company is predatory and while I understand the dynamics of sales, they're unrelenting. They called me on Sunday. Let your sales reps take a day off.

Solar Negotiators is a 1st class operation, form the initial salesmans contract to the installation of the panels. The salesman was very knowledgeable & easy to communicate with. He always responded when I reached out. The installers were outstanding. I work in the trades, so I know what to look for in a good job & these guys nailed it. The worst customer service ever! Once they have your money they could care less about you. My solar doesn’t even work so now I have a solar bill and a $500 PG&E bill. Upon my final meeting with them they knew it wasn’t working. I have not heard a word from anyone. They also blew the mother board to my furnace. After saying they would pay for it over $4000, all I hear is crickets. I’m disgusted

My overall experience from start to finish has exceeded my expectations. I was very impressed with the installation and the look of the panels. Before deciding to go solar, talking with David made my decision to switch with solar easy. He is very knowledgeable and was able to get a hold of easily when I had a question. Each step of the process you were kept in the loop. Sherene also did a great job with explaining how to use the software. I recommend solar negotiators.
