I recently had the pleasure of working with Steve Patrick AC and Heating, and I must say, they are nothing short of amazing. After dealing with some of the largest HVAC companies in Fresno, I found myself in a frustrating situation where another company actually turned off my system and tried to convince me that I needed to shell out $20,000-$25,000 for a new heater in my 1400 sq.ft. rental property. Feeling skeptical, I sought second, third, and even fourth opinions.To my relief, the three companies I consulted with confirmed that there was no serious issue with my heating system that warranted such drastic measures. It makes me wonder how many other residents in Fresno and Clovis have faced similar situations with these supposedly reputable companies. Needless to say, I intend to share my experience by leaving a review on the offending company's website.The exorbitant price tag quoted for a new heater left me incredulous—I've never heard of a heater costing that much! Fortunately, I reconnected with Steve Patrick, whom I've known for 26 years, and I am sincerely sorry I had lost touch with them. They have now become my go-to HVAC company, and I couldn't be happier with their honesty, integrity, and exceptional service. This company is a great AC company in the valley. Brandon came out and diagnosed my system and told me what was wrong. He fixed what need to be fixed. The prices here at this company are very fair. The company is great & can take care of all your heating and AC needs. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I will only be using this company for my HVAC needs at my home.Update: 12/1/23Had Brandon back out at my home to help me with my Thermostat. Outstanding service. We called several places that gave us quotes on the AC unit. The other companies did not take the time to inspect my existing unit or any of the ducting to see specifically what I may need or not need. Steve took the time to gather information on my old unit to look at what size intake I currently had. While he was making his assessment he discovered the roof surrounding my AC unit had water damage. He showed me exactly where it was. It is a good thing he did because our roof could have given out because there was quite a bit of dry rot. Steve arranged for the roof to be repaired and installed the unit. Everyone who did work was professional, friendly and did a great job communicating what was going on as the repairs to the roof and the AC unit was being installed. The roof was fixed and better than ever and the new AC unit is great.Specifically I want to say thank you to Steve, Mike, Chris, Doug and the roofer Ronnie for doing an outstanding job. I will recommend this company to anyone who asks. They were honest, thorough and did a great job. If your looking to have your AC unit worked on or replaced remember the cheapest is not always the best. One of the quotes I received was cheaper but in the long run could have been catastrophic if my roof later collapsed because they failed to identify the problem. Thanks again to Steve Patrick and is quality company.

Called on a Sunday expecting a machine or a phone service to answer but instead the actual Owner of the company answered the phone! Not only did he answer the phone but let me know they would have a Technician out shortly and can you guess who showed up? The owner! No way would this happen at the bigger, more expensive companies!! He had our heater fixed in no time. Only Company our family will ever call!

recently serviced the heating unit at my wife's house, I was prompted and efficient, normally I have to run the heater for a while but after having the heater serviced if feels like it doesn't take too long anymore to warm up the place and unit isn't running as long saving me on my energy bill, and that makes the wife happy. definitely recommend this company.

I just had them install a new unit on my house. The 2 guys that did the work were awesome. They showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves, and were totally and completely respectful. A++ job.***UPDATE!!After our new unit was installed all went extremely well. Until the first time we tried to use the heat. It was then that we found out that our Amazon smart thermostat (which we had previously used and decided to keep) would not operate a heat pump.So I called for a tech to come check things out. He ended up replacing the Amazon thermostat with the thermostat we were originally offered with our new system. The best part…??? THEY DIDN’T CHARGE US FOR THE NEW THERMOSTAT OR FOR THE SERVICE CALL!!This company hits it out of the ballpark with customer service.Another A+++Service: A/C system maintenance

These guys saved the day! When I woke up on a Sunday with no power to my thermostat and a forecast for 109 I desperately searched all over the internet for someone to come out the same day. While everyone else were not available despite advertising same day emergency service, Steve Patrick returned my call and had a technician at my door within hours. The technician was professional and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. The cost was much less than I was expecting to pay for same day service on a Sunday. The crew install was a pleasure to have in my house. My doorbell decided to to malfunction when heat pump installed and Mike brought me a New one. The thermostat to our AC system was not working. It was very hot outside. So I knew I needed to an AC technician to come to the house today. After calling four other companies, I called Steve Patrick Air Conditioning. Gloria, the receptionist was very positive and encouraging and said she would send Jose as soon as possible. Had them come out to do a check on my heater when the tech got here he offered me a fix off the books at half the price so I took it come to find out he connected it directly to somethin which after few months went out and when I called someone else to look at it was told that it was done so unprofessional and that I’m lucky it didn’t catch fire.

New air/heat system installed less than 1 yr. ago…suddenly no cold air the first time I ran it this May. They were out the same day I called and fixed me right up. Thank you for being quick to assist and pleasant to work with.
