Trademark did a wonderful job on two different houses that I manage. At one home they repaired water damage from an A/C leak. The bathroom they remodeled was a mess. After they were all done it looked just like it did before all the damage. Alfredo , Luis, Kevin, Dominic and others all did a wonderful job on that bathroom. At the second home they helped me remodel a bathroom in a 1965 home that had a huge all tile roman shower and also had a wall mounted toilet that had a leak. Oh boy, did that need a lot of work. Luis, Cynthia, Samantha and Kevin helped redesign the bathroom. What a difference the bathroom is from then to now. All the workers did a wonderful job and were all so patient with me and the boss. From demo to the build back we couldn’t be happier with Trademark. Kailyn and Megan in the office communicating the schedule daily to make sure we knew who was going to be there and when. That made a world of difference in making everyone feel comfortable with people being in your home. I would like to thank all the workers Alfredo, Dominic,Dennis,David, Juan, Matt, Bradley, and Chris for all your beautiful and hard work on the remodels.

This is the second time I have worked with Trademark. Alfredo, Dominic ,David,Dennis, Juan,Matt, Bradley, Chris and Kevin all did excellent work. They were all very professional and respectful while doing the bathroom remodel. Any questions I had they took the time to explain their answer with no problem. If there was any issues they resolved it in a timely manner. The remodel was done in the time frame that was set forth at the beginning of the project. What a great company. I will be working with them again soon.

Trademark remodeled two bathrooms for us. We are thrilled with the result. We found them to be professional and good at communicating next steps and time lines. Samantha was an enormous help in designing the rooms and choosing products. Tesla did a great job in coordinating with sub contractors. Kevin was our project manager, and responded almost immediately when I emailed with questions. The whole team came together to push the project to completion in time for Easter. Special thanks to Dennis, the tile setter, and Juan. Beautiful job tiling shower walls, shower floor, and bathroom floor. Matthew and Christopher were great with electrical work, and Alfredo and Dominic were awesome with drywall and paint. Remodeling is stressful, but the Trademark Team made it a smoother process.

Trademark has been there for us from the beginning of our water leak. The mitigation by Shane and his team was efficient and complete. Alfredo completed the drywall work throughout the house. Overall, we are pleased with our recent shower/tub remodel but there were a few issues throughout; hence the reason for a 4 and not 5 star review. Project didn’t start off well which was very disappointing. The demolition guy worked fast and sawed/drilled right through the bathroom wall into a bedroom wall. He didn’t tell us he did this and as soon as we discovered it, he was long gone. In addition, the tub initially delivered, upon partially opening the box, we saw it was very damaged so we opted for another model as our preferred model was backordered. They installed a 30” tub but it should have been a 32” tub. Therefore, some additional flooring/adjustments had to be installed because there was a 2” gap due to the smaller tub. We also had major issues with their subcontractor (Fresno Shower Door). They had to come out 3 times to install a shower door and an extensive review on Fresno Shower Door will be posted elsewhere.Our project manager at Trademark, Kevin, was very good. He was always responsive to our questions and concerns and helped move the job along without much downtime. Trademark’s staff—crew and office personnel were very kind and professional, but truth be told, we wouldn’t want that demolition guy out here again.We will consider using Trademark again for future home renovations but we will never use Fresno Shower Door again.

I can't say enough about Trademark and their crews. From the staff in the office who always kept up with appointments and scheduling to the last team member out the door everyone was a professional. Very clean and courteous. We did a very large project that spanned several weeks and everything came together just like we dreamed. Even though we had some significant challenges Trademark always exceeded our expectations with their collective knowledge and leadership. When we had a few supply chain issues, the owner of Trademark came to our home personally to offer support and guidance. WOW... what an organization. We highly recommend Trademark for any and all projects that you may have. Our remodeling went so smoothly that we are already planning our next project. THANK YOU TRADEMARK TEAM!

In Construction you anre only as good as your word, and this company stands by everything they say. Quality service at affordable pricing. Stay away please!! The pictures speak for them selves!(First)Worst customer service ever they are asking for a for a deed to my house for a simple add on after 1 year of trying to get this all done, they have taken my money and have done nothing to my grandfathers property I will be contacting our family lawyer and will be getting this settled in a matter of months, it’s so wrong how they can do this to the elderly and feel ok with it!!(Second)The worst work ever, they take advantage of there clients and they don’t complete there work, it took them 2 years to build a side bathroom, then they keep asking for more money and and trying to take the deed of the property, they’re scammers and horrible people, they claim to believe in the lord but there doing the devil’s work, shame on them and there family there work is so bad in insane, just look at the roof!!!Services: Home renovations, Plumbing fixture installation, Home construction

Trademark sent a variety of contractors to do a variety of services. As a renter, I can't speak to the backend, but the staff that came to the house was professional and did their work quickly. They were friendly and communicative regarding what they were doing, each asked if I wanted to see the job before they left for confirmation it was what I was expecting.
