They had called me repeatedly after I had a consult. I explained to them that we weren't ready to pull the trigger but I'm not joking when I say they must've called me at least 10+ times before deciding to go with them. Once we went with them they never updated us and we called them back. Definitely made it feel like a cash grab. Yes the windows themselves are nice if you are okay with paying double the price for the "lifetime warranty". I regret doing more than just our one big window, instead I did four because they claimed their business was not modeled around doing just one. Also just know that the windows are just popped in and mirror the size of the previous window. If your trim is ugly/rotted/chipped they will do nothing for that asthetic. They do not stress this before you sign the contract and even after asking multiple times I did not get any direct answer. After the laborers finished the windows they didn't ask for payment so I assumed they were not done (contract said payment is collected after windows are completed) because the interior and exterior trim was still ugly. I did not think it was farfetched to think nearly 4k for four windows would leave me with complete and nice looking windows. My one big window definitely looked like lipstick on a pig and I just wish it had been stressed that I would need another contractor to finish them. While I was under the assumption that the windows were not finished, I was left and invoice for the windows randomly later that week completely unannounced which then turned into a fairly awkward phone conversation. The owner showed up and answered my question which if it had been answered to begin with, then I probably would've went with another company.

Sergio Crew did an amazing job they showed up in time ready to work they literally did what most job sites say all day process they finished before 10am. What other crew shows up at 730am and finish 10+ windows before 10am. Definitely will recommend not only the company but Sergio’s crew for an amazing great overall job.Service: Window installation

I found them on Facebook through an ad offering fireplace inserts. And the process from the very beginning was so easy. Someone came out to take measurements and tell me about the insert, and within a couple of weeks I got the voucher for the installers to come. John and George were very professional, they kept my house clean even though they had to take out bricks for the unit to fit. They explained how the components worked and they did it all within a couple of hours. I’d recommend not only the program, but these installers to everyone!

Awesome insulation company. They do other stuff as well. Life changing. Insulation really makes a difference on the energy used in the home. Adding insulation helped drop my power bill considerably.
