Emmanuel and his team at Pro Roofing and Repair are truly remarkable! I can't emphasize enough how much we value their service. Emmanuel was quick to drop by and provide an estimate for a new roof, roof deck, and skylight. As soon as we made the decision to proceed, the team was at our Hermosa Beach home promptly. They were punctual and industrious! My wife and I made several changes during the project, and they were able to fulfill all our requests without a hitch. The deck was installed on the rear half of the second floor, but we're certainly inviting them back to add a pergola and another deck on the top floor. Also, these photos were taken before they installed the black downspout and fascia.

I called to schedule a roof inspection for my escrow due dilligence by calling the number provided. I spoke to someone in the call center who took down my information and confirmed a booking time. The "technician" never showed up. I called back an hour into the two hour window (9-11 AM PT) and spoke to the same person from the night before. They were surprised that the "technician" hadn't reached out to me already. I called back after waiting another 30 min, and was ultimately escalated to a supervisor from a different call center agent. The supervisor stated that the booking was never confirmed and that I could only get an inspection after I was out of escrow. This is a scam company. Do not recommend.

Eddie Garcia and Bryce knocked on our door and did an inspection. they found a hailstorm damage. they helped get our insurance involved. and in a month we had a new roof! The crew did a superb work too. no nails left behind on our yard .

I can't say enough positives about my experience with this company. Such a beautiful task on my roof replacement. I did not have to think or worry about one thing! And I think the fantastic gentlemen that made sure was picked up all around my yard, were magicians! Not sure how you made so clean!
