I called for local plumbing companies in Highland and I stumbled across BP Plumbing Highland … they were able to service me on the same day as I had a emergency water heater repair… they also insisted to do a brand new water heater install… so i can avoid wasting money on my old water heater. I called Banderas plumbing because I had an issue with a clogged toilet. I called for the emergency drain cleaning. I had this friendly guy name Mark come within 30 mins. He was professional and very respectful towards my house. He offered to takeoff his boots before he walked in. I’m super glad I called Banderas Plumbing because he was able to take care of the issue immediately without the expense of an arm, and a leg. Thank you Mark for all your help and I would highly recommend anybody called him if you have any plumbing issues.

I scheduled a kitchen faucet sink installation with Mark. However, during our agreed appointment, Mark never showed up. I tried calling, but no one picked up. He never reached out to reschedule. Just completely ghosted us. I found this very unprofessional. Be careful scheduling with him, as he may not show up and not communicate.

Fortunately, the first Plumbing firm I called, were warm, assuring, and met every criteria I need to fix my problem. Most people are unhappy to have to call a plumber. The hassle, mess, and expense are concerns in customers' minds; they were mine as well. I had a bathroom drain that backed up, and despite having been fortunate not to have needed help before, I was overwhelmed with where to start to find a “good plumber.” I didn’t need to keep looking once I found Banderas Plumbing. After answering a few questions on the phone, I had an appointment and an estimate. I was happy with both and wondered if it would be too good to be true.Daniel arrived in his work truck with his tools and a smile. Right away, his demeanor put me at ease that he knew what he was doing; I was immediately relieved. He went right to work and was very communicative about everything he was doing and explained why he was doing it. I never felt that he was trying to up-sell me or pressure me to have him do anything extra. After about 40 minutes, the drain flowed like new, and he cleaned everything up as if he was never there. On his way out, he let me know all of the additional things his family business offers, and I was happy to take his card for future needs. I don’t expect to need him for a drain clean-out anytime soon.

I called BANDERAS PLUMBING on a late Saturday I had an Emergency Leak and I needed immediate assistance to help me turn off Water Line from the City Meter. Even though he was having dinner with his family he immediately agreed to come help me out.
