They are the worst company. Not only did they not tarp my roof, and it rained in my condo, but it rained in my condo again when they were done. Th e workers blockedme in, and don't speak English, so I had to miss 2 days of work. They also had their lunch break on my property, left a mess, and slept on my property.

After appraisal and signing the contract terms they never followed through with the job/communication. Multiple emails and phone calls to Sharon with promises they would return my call to schedule the job AFTER taking down my credit card info for the down payment and nothing. No follow up. Now I am stuck having to go through this whole process again with another company. I am very disappointed in their unprofessional customer service. The man that initially came to check out the roof was nice and courteous but after they got all my info it has been a horrible experience.

It’s difficult to have confidence in knowing you are selecting the right vendor for a major repair like this. I’ve seen the high-quality work Ortiz Roofing is putting out day after day, and they are top notch. From personable, straightforward and honest discussions regarding insurance and repairs; to prompt, complete and careful workmanship - you will be hard pressed to find a vendor who will outperform there guys!! My roof was recently damaged by high winds. I called my insurance, and two local roofing companies for estimates. After choosing Ortiz Roofing, they installed a temporary tarp while I worked through the insurance process. When the time came, they came to my home and repaired my shingle roof with shingles that match so well that it’s not even noticeable where the damage was! It’s been a few weeks now and I’ve had more high winds and the repair is holding up beautifully. Thanks to Ortiz Roofing for excellent customer service!

I had my A/C replaced and unfortunately the seal between the a/c and the roof leaked. I called Ortiz Roofing and they came out, figured out what needed to be done and took care of it!
