Nick worked with Mom & I, to ensure we pick the correct size lighting fixtures & styles that would best compliment the kitchen design. Nick, was always available for calls to discuss any needs or questions that arose. Stopping by regularly, letting us know next steps for each week ahead. Along the way, when asking for add ons and improvements to other areas of our home, the answer was always meet with a smile and yes. The crew also, worked on weekends when needed to make sure our timeline was meet. Mom & I highly recommend NS Construction for any remodeling needs.

Nick and his entire team were such a joy to work with in making our dream kitchen come true. We had been waiting and planning for this remodel for over twenty years. This was not an easy remodel as our house was originally built in the mid-1920s and bringing down the walls uncovered some sketchy work done in the past. All corrections were handled in stride and we were kept informed all along the way. The final result far exceeded our expectations. Our new kitchen, in our opinion, is absolutely stunning and we love showing it off to all our family and friends. All thanks to NS Construction.

Nick Sanchez and his team at NS Construction did a complete kitchen remodel as well as the addition of a pool house at our home. Once complete, the transformation of our home was nothing short of spectacular. Every visitor to our home, whether friends, family, contractors, IID employees, our pest control company, literally EVERYONE, is blown away by how our home now looks. We happen to know that several people here in the Valley have done similar things to what we now have – the ultimate compliment. Early on in the design process, Nick blended ideas that he had (that we never would have thought of) with ideas of our own to come up with the perfect design. Nick is excellent at evaluating your individual situation and coming up with a custom design that works for your style and budget. I should also mention that he delivered our projects on time and on budget – a rarity these days… We have another project that we’ve dreamed up here at the house – you know who we will be calling!

I needed to do a complete remodel and duplex conversion of my parents' home. They could no longer afford to do the major repairs, much less maintain the home. I researched the internet for a reputable contractor and came across NS Construction. Being from the Valley, I asked for professional references and everyone said NS Construction was the best. I've dealt with various contractors, some cut corners, some don't follow through, and some you have to keep on task, otherwise they'll give you the run around. Not to mention the additional "change orders" throughout the project that will raise your fees. With the history of bad experiences, I decided to go with NS Construction. I figured that I should get what I pay for. I called and immediately met with Nick Sanchez. Nick assured me that he would take care of everything and that he would complete the project in three months, as long as I followed through with his instructions and kept up. I liked Nick's enthusiasm and sure enough he moved things right along. There were no complaints from my end, and I didn't need to keep Nick on task. I inspected the home throughout the project and every time I did, I was impressed with the quality of work. The detail and the quality of materials was impressive. I was getting what I paid for and there were no issues. Nick kept me in the loop of things and explained everything throughout the process. He spoke to me regarding different options and provided professional advice. I admire Nick for his professionalism, and moral character as Issues came up throughout the project but he simply took care of it all. Nick goes above and beyond for his clients and what he says, is exactly what he does. His staff is extremely professional and very helpful. The project is now complete, and the end result is amazing. I was not expecting the end result to be as good as it was. Nick doesn't settle for the basic, he gives you all the upgrades and utilizes quality materials. But most importantly, he pays attention to the small details, which impressed me the most. Nick adds special details to the project that no other contractor would, such as crown Moulding and ornamental Moulding baseboards. This remodel was the easiest that I have ever dealt with, and I will never go with anyone else. I've received a lot of compliments in regard to the home. My parents and I are extremely happy. I was lucky enough to have a giant tree fall on my house and cause a good amount of roof and window damage. Turns out my luck did not end there as the following day, we had an aggressive 30 minute rain storm that caused a lot of water damage due to the giant holes that were created by the branches puncturing the roof. After getting stuff figured out with insurance, I was recommended to contact NS Construction for the job and I am very glad that I did. Once insurance approved everything, Mr. Sanchez handled everything and helped me find other contractors to help with tree removal and eventually asbestos removal (Again, clearly I am very lucky). Mr. Sanchez is professional, answered any questions I had (and I had many) and has the latest technology to use when needed. They 3D scanned/mapped my house with all areas that needed repairs which made it easy for my insurance people to tour my house virtually and see what needed repair. I was glad I was advised to give NS construction a call for the repairs and I recommended NS construction to my aunt and he is doing great work at her place as well. You can see the before and after on the photos below. The first 9 show the water damage, window damage, and roof damage from the branches puncturing the roof. The last 6 shows the ceiling with no water damage, window repair, and the roof that looks like new! A few weeks ago we discovered a serious water leak and immediately called NS. Reached Nick on a Sunday. They were there Monday and began work immediately. All of his crews are highly professional---they also made friends with our dog, who can have a serious bark. We hired NS Construction to complete a shower remodeling including some drywall and stucco patch work for our master restroom. The entire process was very easy and the NS Construction team was very helpful throughout the process. Given that shower remodels were not our expertise, the NS Construction team helped guide us through the process and were clear as to what and how things would take place. The team worked very efficiently and quickly having staff at our home everyday working full days. Staff even cleaned up debris on a daily basis which was very much appreciated. They were quick and did a great job. Left the job site clean everyday, which I really appreciated. Good access to manager and office for questions and got my house looking great. I would recommend them to remodel my Grandma's house. They had to demo and dry out a room over the weekend and did a good job sealing it up so my kids didn't get underfoot. Nick was top notch. After having challenges with local contractors working with NS construction was almost too easy. I was very happy and would use them again.

I got my bathroom and kitchen completely redone over the past year. Nick and his crew did a wonderful job. Nick has a fantastic eye to maximize efficiency and beauty in small spaces, and placed spice racks in my kitchen I never would have thought of! Prior to the job, we talked and decided on the look I wanted, and he gave me some great suggestions. He never tried to oversell me on any part of the project, which I really appreciated, but he will give you his expert opinion when you ask for it - and I did, several times!He is big on communication and lets you know what is going to happen next. His crew did a very professional job of cleaning up the work spaces as we were living in the house when the renovation took place. I get soooo many compliments on both my kitchen and bathroom.
