We hired Octavius for our much needed bird proofing. He washed our rooftop, panels and concrete all around our house in preparation for the bird proofing. He was very responsive and professional. Super professional and great person. After having to deal with pigeons and even trying everything from pew pew getting rid of 1 and having 6 more come back, my panels got really dirty and my investment was not generating properly adding bird poop smell all over. I had Pane and Panels Pro Cleaning clean my solar panels and roof, get rid of pigeon nests and disinfect the areas. He also installed bird barriers around the soalr panels to keep the birds from nesting there any longer. Octavious is professional, friendly, and prompt. He showed up when he said he would and worked diligently until the job was completed. He even saw some broken roof tiles and replaced them with some extra tiles that were left on the roof by the bulders. Highly recommended!Service: Rooftop/skylight cleaning

What a wonderful job Mr. Blackwood performed on my windows! They were in terrible shape after some sand storms dropped piles of sand in my window tracks. Then it rained and turned the sand to mud. Wow! That’s all that I can say. Pane & Panels Pro Cleaning cleaned our windows beyond expectations. As many in the southwest know, dealing with high heat and dust storms come with the terrain. The sun can fade exterior paint and dust/dirt can build up on the windows. We wanted to get the windows cleaned and possibly bring the luster back to our garage door, front door, and shutters. Bringing the luster back was an understatement! I admit everything came out much better than expected. The windows now have a sheen reminiscent of a mirror and the doors and shutters look better than the first day we purchased the house. Since we only had the exterior cleaning done, we have the daunting task of trying to clean the interior to match the exterior. I guess it is not a bad problem to have. Oh, the cherry on top is the pricing. They are very reasonable. Enough of the “talk”, just take a look at the pics. Thank you, Mr. Blackwood for your professionalism and assistance.

Octavius has been doing my solar panel cleaning in my properties since last year. Just recently completed the cleaning in a property in San Diego. As always, fast, reliable and affordable. Very nice man who is dedicated to what he does. He ensures that things are done right and if he sees an issue, he corrects it by asking you first. For example, there were some loose fastener and he asked if it was okay to correct. The fastener is used to secure the panel and that way it doesn’t fall off or fly away. I saw Octavius while he was cleaning Solar panels in my area. I was curious as to what it would cost to have my windows cleaned. We selected Pane and Panels from the reviews that were written about the company. I am happy to say that the ones we read were spot on about Octavius and his company. He got back to us right away to look at the job and give us an estimate. The estimate was more than reasonable and we asked when he could get to us. He was there that afternoon and to begin the job. It was a hot day and he worked through the afternoon to finish the job. He washed and cleaned all the windows and scrubbed the screens and put them all back on. We would recommend them to do windows and screens. I visited a bit with him about solar panels and if I was going to do Solar I would have him do it.
