From the beginning, PowerHouse Green Construction was a delight to deal with. Angela was my first point of contact and was completely receptive and communicative, helping me to set up the estimate appointment for the service that I needed. The day of the appointment, I was feeling anxious but was instantly put at ease when I received a courtesy call from Jack Davis introducing himself and letting me know he was on his way. When Jack arrived, he was wearing a mask and kept his distance for our comfort and safety. We were immediately impressed with Jack’s expertise and professional demeanor. He was kind, respectful, and informative. He explained thoroughly and thoughtfully what our options were regarding repairs and replacement of a damaged concrete block wall that was over 70 years old. Jack was skillful and patient in his assessment of the wall, taking time to answer all our questions and was even proactive in addressing concerns we might have in the future! Most importantly, Jack provided a detailed and extremely fair estimate within hours of his visit. We could not have asked for a more pleasant experience than we had with PowerHouse Green Construction and we look forward to working with them in the future!

Jack and his staff at Powerhouse Green Construction made my new bathroom so much better and beautiful. They really knew what I needed and Jack gave me really good ideas that I didn't know were possible. My new bathroom is bigger and it's so much more functional and I can't thank them enough for doing this for me. I would recommend this company to everyone. I would definitely recommend Powerhouse Green Construction! They were quick to respond and very helpful. Jack really listened, had great ideas, and gave what I felt was honest advice and personable service. He was very generous with his time and never made me feel rushed. Bonnie in the office was very kind and supportive as well.The remodel was to be done on my Mom's home and she had just passed away. Jack came up with a great plan and I gave them a deposit to get us on their schedule. Then my plans changed and I had to cancel the work. Even though they were under no obligation to return my non-refundable deposit, they did! I would certainly go back to them in the future if I need a contractor and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I discovered Powerhouse after a miserable experience working with a local restoration company after a flood. Jack, Bonnie and the rest of the crew were a pleasure to work with and helped make a difficult time as easy as possible. Communication was top -notch. Jack and his team did a great job for our family. We had a tree fall down in our backyard that damaged our roof, fence, and landscape. This was our first insurance claim so we had a lot of questions. Jack always responded quickly. His team was very friendly and courteous. He worked with our budget and worked with our insurance company for reimbursement. I had Powerhouse Green build me a one car garage from the ground up. Grade the ground, concrete slab, and full one car garage build. Great experience from start to finish. Jack the owner came and bid the project (I did already have plans and permits in hand). His quote was inline with what I had budgeted and was quoted from others but his reviews and confidence in doing the project sold me. The company does have a very nice portfolio. Once we agreed on everything Jen V. (Project manager) takes over and walks you through the project. She was our go to on any questions or concerns. Very prompt and got back with me on all text or calls. The build was done by Ernie Winfield and his crew and they nailed it. Spot on to plan and came in on price as quoted. I have no problem referring them and will be having them update our kitchen and master bath soon.

It is hard to find an honest contractor. jack and his crew did an excellent job on my roof replacement for just a fraction of the cost of other bids. Great communication and a job well done, Also Bonnie at the office was always there to answer any questions I will not hesitate to recommend him in the future. Thanks jack.

Powerhouse Green was referred to me. I live in another state and have a caretaker who watches over the property. I reviewed two other bids and visited with both Jack and Bonnie several times before agreeing to have them replace several windows (precariously located) and two sliding glass doors. I asked our handy man to keep an eye on the project.He was very favorable impressed.; The final product came in on bid, on time, and looks great. This was a dreaded project because of the logistics and the expense. Powerhouse Green made it much easier and lived up to their commitments, which is a blessing in today's business environment. We sorely needed new pavement for our front driveway and garage. It was all the original stuff from back when the property was built in the late 1970s. Powerhouse wasn't the first company we called, nor were they the cheapest -- but we got an immediate sense from the owner Jack when he did the initial walkthrough and bid that we would be in good hands if we went with them to replace both the driveway and garage flooring.I think it is the up-front and transparent manner in which Jack approaches his business. He let us know up front all potential pitfalls, gave us a wealth of information about types of concrete, and even told us up-front that our original choice of Pavers had the potential to cost us more in the long run. Well-informed, we decided to go with stamped concrete with rebar, and within a week the jackhammers were knocking all the old stuff out.His workers were friendly, efficient and finished in a week. We are extremely happy with the end result, the customer service rendered, and value we received for the product. Our neighbors can't stop raving about the end result, and we are incredibly happy as well!
