S&W came in and had the entire roof removed from with hours clean down to the plywood. The removal was clean and they covered the surrounding area with tarps until everything was removed and hauled off. The roof removal was a super fast and smooth process.

Terrible roofers. Drinking beer on the job and disrespected management and the property by trespassing after confirming with management that crew was not allowed on property with vehicles; yet still came on property with personal vehicles and a big truck blocking driveway.
