I bought a new house and then massive rain storms showed up. I noticed a leak and contacted Jason. He showed up a few days later (when the rain stopped) and evaluated the leak. His team worked on the leak the next day. Sadly, more rains proved that the leak was still there. Jason's team was back out as soon as possible and did lots of troubleshooting. Jason came by to do a further evaluation and made sure the leak was gone. I very much appreciate how quick Jason got back to me in each instance, how professional he and his team were and how easy they made the process on me. Thank you Jason!

Jason and his crew did a fantastic job on my Dads roof! He had an old, rusty swamp cooler on the roof, and it was causing the roof to leak, especially during these last few months of rain. The thing wasn’t even being used anymore.Jason removed and disposed of the old cooler, replaced the wood where it had been, and removed and replaced all of the old shingles on that section of the roof.It’s looks great! They left everything clean when they left.I highly recommend them, and will call when we need the rest of the roof replaced.

It was the early stages of a big rainstorm in December 2023, and we had a roof leak. After some careful research, I decided to call Moore Brothers 2 for an inspection and estimate. Jason sent his son to our house that same day, and Jason and his crew came out and repaired our roof the very next day! Had a leak in my roof coming into my attic I called Jason and he came out within an hour to address the issue and was so nice and so honest!! Repaired roof , replaced insulation and left no mess !! I spoke with Jason for a roof repair as my ceiling had water stains after the recent rain storm. First off he was the only one (company) that responded back to me after business hrs. He keeps his word when it says 24hrs open on his website. He texted me at 8 pm which was awesome. Second he came out and gave me a quote and price was very good and reasonable. Best part was that he squeezed me in on a sunday which was superbowl sunday and it was because he was concerned as it is going to rain again for another 4 days so he wanted to make sure i didnt have to go thru that with my already leaky roof. On the day the roof was fixed his son Cole was Excellent and his crew and they are my forever go to guys for any work and will be calling them for another job to take down my fireplace and replace with sunlight. HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND WORK IS SUPERB.

Best response ever. We contacted a few before I contacted Jason and only 1 called back, with the most insane quote ever and wanted 60% down to begin the job.Then Jason came to rescue us. Jason came out first week in Sept to evaluate my 3 leaks that were leaking in our home from the tropical storm we had here in Southern California.He immediately spung into action and jumped on the roof. He found the issues, gave us a very reasonable quote, we hired him on the spot. He let us know that he was super busy due to the storm but booked us 3 to 4 weeks out. We grabbed it. 2 weeks in we were supposed to have more rain. I called Jason concerned and Jason told me if this were to happen , he would personally come here to put tarps down so it wouldn't leak while we were waiting for the job to start.1 week later he called again and said he has room and the next day him and his amazing team started. Today is Sept 21, and the job was already finished last week. His team was amazing too. The were very concerned about our above ground pool so they covered it to make sure no debris from the roof got in.I cannot thank Jason and his team enough. Jason and his buddy were SO great with fixing our roof. We had a ceiling leak that created mold, and they were able to find the locations on the roof that needed fixing, and they fixed the roof within several hours! They were really professional, on time, and very kind. In addition, they sent me photos of what was wrong with the roof prior to fixing the roof. And, they compared the before and afters. We had rain since then, and thanks to the Moore Brothers, we had no more leaks in our home! I called for a quote and 3 days later, 3 calls and 1 text from myself I gave up trying to hand the the job to them. I was promised a call back on one occasion in a few minutes. 4 1/2 hours later still no reply. This appears to be an extremely unprofessional company and sense if hired the workmanship would reflect this as well.I must add...we were NEVER contacted with any info as they claim in response to our initial review. Had they responded as they claimed, this review never would have been written. Their response shows they are not only non responsive but feel telling the truth is optional!

This company is professional, responsive, on time and keeps you in the loop if something changes. They were able to schedule an appointment the next day to access my leaky roof, and come up with a temporary solution until the rain passed so they could fix it.My roof looked fine from outward appearances, but the underlayment was torn under tiles creating a slow leak on my ceiling in my living room.When they were done, my roof looked EVEN BETTER! My neighbor called and told me what a great job they did and how nice it looked. They also took pictures of the damage so I could see why my roof continued to leak after being "repaired" twice by other contractors. When we found we had a roof leak, then as most people, I called around seeking estimates. Jason Moore responded to my call, and came to my house within a few hours. I did have others come and price out the work and all the estimates had been relatively close. It was Jason's professionalism, and his detailed explanations on the job, that cause us to choice him. He started the job as promised. Their team was not here 2 hours into the project when it was discovered that there were some underlying problems, not visible on initial inspection. When they got to the project inside the home, repairing the water damage, they again found underlying issues that needed addressing. Each issues they found was shown to me and explained how they would repair it. Needing additional material and addition time to make those newly found repairs I was expecting the given estimated to be substantially higher. When the work was completed, and Jason made sure we were completely satisfied, I then asked him what I owed him. My wife and I almost feel over when he told told us he only wanted what he quoted us. His work was of the highest quality, cleaning up completely each day, speaking to us as the project progressed. We recently moved to Lancaster from the east coast, and we are still having 'trust' issues, not knowing anyone, etc. In our short time of knowing and working with Moore Brothers 2, I can say we found a great, trustworthy contractor. Jason and his crew came out through my home warranty ( with is a joke) however despite that they only gave 1500 for repairs,Jason still went out of his way to get the best materials and that alone wasb1,00 plus he had two workers for the day he had to lose money on this project and he still did an amazing job and quickly.
