Denali Builders redo my roof. I cannot express how happy and impressed I was with their work. I live in another state and had my concerns about not seeing how the project goes. Sam, the owner, shared every detail with me and guide me every step of the way. He delivered everything he promised throughout the project. There were no additional cost surprises along the project. He never asked for more money, on the contrary, he upgraded some features without asking for additional cost. The bottom line is that he did such a great job, it was flawless! And because of that I felt comfortable adding another project while he was there, a project I was not planning on doing yet. I can literally say that I found my to go company for all my future renovation and I definitely recommend you do the same. They worth every penny I paid !

We had an old roof that needed repair. We had 3 estimates done and Sam's estimate was the most detailed and the most price competitive. Sam's team did the roof replacement very quickly and they were very professional. Sam and his team were available and responsive when we had questions along the way. I went with Denali Builders because Sam was very personable. They were not the lowest nor were they the highest estimate. The job started within a weeks time. The roofers were great they stayed late on the night before the heavy rains so we would not have any leaks. Of the several companies I got estimates from, Denali Builders was the by far the most professional and provided an estimate for a new roof that was concise and at a fair price.The job was done with care and very professionally. He establishes a level of trust and professionalism with the customer that I do not see very often. He is able to answer questions, give advice and make recommendations, HONESTLY! Sam is amazing! My wife and I have been considering various remodeling options for our kitchen and baths. We moved into the house knowing it will take a lot of work and resources to bring it up to how we envisioned it... I have known Sam through the local community where he works, and on occasion i would come across some of his Ad signs and projects. We decided to contact Sam; and after considering few contractors we decided to choose him to do our work. We cannot be happier. From the beginning Sam made sure to answer all our questions. After considering few price points and options for equivalent work - we realized the huge differences between contractors - Sam was neither the lowest nor was he the highest...! He has a unique talent to simplify every decision making process and add some humor to an already very stressful situation. Sam's good nature helped us walk through budgeting for the work. He helped us design and choose various finish materials. His crews showed up on time every time; and if there was any delay - Sam made sure to update us, and kept us informed regarding any change in schedule. Communication is Key...and we understand things always happen in construction. Funny enough most of the few delays we had were because of city inspections that did not even show up on scheduled times. We lived at the house throughout the process. Sam made sure the work area was always clean or at least covered so we could continue some normal routine... We got the Kitchen of our dreams, and with an expanding family - we also turned our bathroom and showers to a comfortable beautiful and tranquil space - All Thanks to Sam! Make sure to consult him regarding current trends in Interior Design as well as Energy Efficient Projects. The guy is an Encyclopedia of information on all types of Roofs, Paints, Coatings, Water Heaters and Solar... After meeting with several roofing companies, we chose Denali Builders CA. Sam was the deciding factor, he was really down to earth and listened to our project needs and was genuinely committed to working with us. Sam was great throughout, patient with questions and requests for change.Sam and his team a real craftsman and highly customer focused. I can't say enough about his level of commitment to getting the job done right. We had some structure sag in our garage affecting the roof install, and working with Sam to get it straightened out (literally) turned a bad situation into an almost painless one. His guidance and efforts were indispensable. As a design engineer and a bit of a perfectionist, I think I'm a pretty good judge of skilled workmanship... Sam's skill, craftsmanship and customer service impressed me a lot!

I’d give Denali Builders 6 stars if I could.Sam loves what he does, is personable, keeps his word, and goes the extra mile. I had 4 estimates. Sam’s was competitively priced, neither the highest nor lowest. I signed with Sam because he came across as sincere, had a project load that would allow him to be attentive, and understood that providing value to his customers is good business in the long run. I felt like I had an ally in him.His crew was timely and tidy. Sam set up a clear communication channel via text or WhatsApp. He gave me regular updates of the job. When an unexpected issue came up - like hidden termite damage affecting some fascia boards - he documented it with video. When the city inspector tacked on extra vent requirements, he worked with me to keep extra costs to a minimum. He also did bonus work that was unexpected and much appreciated … as his gift. In my case, he created a cricket to prevent water from collecting around my chimney, which is often a source of leaks, thereby helping me avoid future problems.I will definitely give Denali Construction a call again whenever I need the services of a contractor. Sam’s the Man!

Having a very old roof that was in dire need of repair, we were fortunate to get in touch with Denali Builders, who we highly recommend for their roofing services! The results in the end were very professional, passing all levels of city inspection. The team was very quick and hard-working. We had three leaks during the last few months storms in Southern Cal. Our roof was a bit over 30 years (original roof). I started looking for a roofing company from one of the remolding book that sent every month. I compares three companies and they about the same cost. I picked Denali because of Sam's knowledge and recommendations (we did the gutter at the same time) and time he provided for service.The job was completed on time as commited just before the last storm hit Southern Cal in early March. I was kind of afraid that I will find leak after the this storm. Very nice, NO more leak. Now I need to find a painter to re-paint the three leaked mark inside of our house. We hired Denali Builders to rip off and re-roof our home in Los Angeles (prior to a solar install). Sam and his crew were a pleasure to work with. Sam gave us an estimate on the spot, and the price he quoted was the price we paid, despite our project being more difficult than anticipated. Sam and his crew were professional, courteous, and efficient. They were also great with our energetic dog! We signed a contract early Feb 2022 and the job was done by mid-March 2022. Sam's team communicated with us every step of the way, showed up on time, and left the grounds around our house clean and tidy. The city inspector said our roof job is one of the best he's ever seen. Sam treated me (female) respectfully and as an equal, which is more than I can say for some others who quoted the job. I am currently looking into doing a roof repair and other updates to my home. I had the pleasure of meeting Sam from Denali Builders CA. He inspected my roof and the places around my house that I needed repairing. Sam kept it real through the whole process, and you don’t usually see an owner of a company come to see the jobs. It is usually salespeople. This part was refreshing. He provided me with a reasonable price right on the spot. Plus, Sam was willing to work with me financially.The supplies Denali Builders CA would be using would be of high quality. I did like how Denali Builders CA would provide me a deal on the wood. This part is huge, essentially due to the current supply deficit and unstable price of lumber. I had revealed with Sam that my biggest worry would be that the price would change while my roof was being worked on due to these lumber shortages. Sam assured me that would not occur. Denali builders, SAM is the guy to do business with. I live in Venice near the beach with my family & run a large family Daycare.Wow, I have an amazing roof and I couldn’t be happier. Sam made everything so easy and his quote was fair and reasonable. I did get a couple other quotes but didn’t feel it was honest and didn’t care for the contractors.Not knowing what crazy weather will be surprising us into LA . It was time for a new roof and didn’t want any drips or leaks to spring out this winter on my home. Thank you to all the guys at Denali Builders all so nice , neat , respectful. My wife and I were very pleased with the work performed by Denali Builders Corp. They gutted our old, tired bathroom and remodeled it. The owner, Sam, was very personable, open to our ideas as the customer, and worked with us every step of the way. And his crew was great. This may seem basic, but the crew showed up every day, like clockwork, around 8 or 8:30 am. I’ve worked with many contractors before and you usually have no idea if they will show up or when they will decide to come back. Not Sam’s crew; once they are on your job, they are on every day and working hard to finish it. Each of Sam’s crew members is the best at what he does: his foreman Tal is involved in every detail, the tile guy is amazing, the electrician is fast and talented, and the painter/handyman does it all. And we really appreciated how neat the crew was, not leaving a mess at the end of the day but cleaning up properly so our house and backyard were restored to order. This was especially important for us, since we have a dog that roams the backyard and easily finds any scraps or objects left behind. Also, the job was completed within the originally agreed time frame. Anyway, we were very lucky to find Denali from a simple ad in the mail. We took a chance, based on Denali’s excellent Yelp reviews, and we now have an amazing looking new bathroom! We highly recommend Denali Builders CA which is a family owned business. Sam is the Licensed Contractor. Elle is the Business Director. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, detailed oriented, service oriented, and timely. Our project entailed the replacement of roofs on two separate structures. Elle scheduled the walk-through to accommodate our schedule. Sam arrived, provided a quote, discussed options for materials, explained the contractual obligations, established a project schedule, and reviewed the process for obtaining a permit.
