If you need a new roof ask for Elijah, he made sure that I was getting the skylights and rain gutters I wanted. Elijah handled the whole permitted process and made replacing my roof stress-free. We met with three contractors before starting our kitchen remodel. They were all very professional, but Kanan from Ecosmart Development & Construction stood out from all the rest. He created a 3-D digital design for our kitchen to make the most out of our space and was very careful in keeping our budget in mind. He has great ideas and designs and understood what we needed, standing by us throughout the whole project. I love the fact that the whole crew was always friendly and cleaned up every single day after the job!! My new kitchen & floor is definitely a dream come true as we could finally afford what we wanted and found something that fit our budget. I've been working with Ecosmart Development & Construction since late 2021 on various home renovation projects and they have been absolutely excellent throughout. I work primarily with Kanan who is so professional, friendly, and clear whenever we speak. Such an attentive and kind person to work with. Last year Ecosmart Development & Construction both of our bathrooms, which turned out gorgeous-- and on time and on budget! They consistently went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the results, doing touch-ups, making adjustments. They're always great about providing me with multiple options for every decision and laying out the pros an cons of each. We have a couple other large projects in the works (a balcony renovation and a bathroom addition), and thus far they've brought the same professionalism and thoroughness I've come to expect. They've been indispensable in navigating complicated planning and permitting issues. I'll update my review once the other projects are complete, but I fully anticipate it will be more excellent work! There's a reason I keep returning to them for my home projects, and I highly recommend.

A couple months ago I finallydecided to remodel the master bedroom and bathroom, which I had been putting off for a while. I read positive reviews about Ecosmart Development & Construction, so I called them. They sent over Ben, who would be the project manager. i knew upgrades were needed but wasn’t sure what specific design I wanted. Ben walked me through the process and helped to create my vision. Communication with him and the Ecosmart Development staff was five stars from start to finish. Next year I am getting more work done and will definitely use Ecosmart again.

My wife and I made sure to do our research before selecting a general contractor. Fortunately, we went with Ecosmart Development & Construction and they did an excellent job redoing our bathroom and kitchen. Kanan was our project manager and he walked us through every step of the way. While construction can be stressful at times (ours was no exception!) we were always able to get in touch with him whenever we had questions and he provided updates to us via text, phone calls, pictures and videos which made things much easier and helped put us at ease. The final product is beautiful and everything we hoped it would be. I'd definitely recommend Ecosmart Development & Construction for any project big or small - I look forward to working with them in the future.

Picking a contractor for my adu was tough, everyone sounded the same with prices all over the place, some to low to be true, and some ridiculously high! Until I had one last estimate with Ecosmart Development & Construction. Kanan came out to look at our garage, he walked us through the entire process (almost 2 hours) with such detail and confidence it was very reassuring. He truly knows what adu is from top to bottom. Ecosmart Development and Construction did an excellent work on repairing our roof. Elijah help me out to make it happened. Our house have solar panel and this company did all together. They remove the solar panel, repair the roof then put back the solar panels. Some contractor wants to find another company to remove and reinstall the panel and it is a hazel.Working with Elijah is stress free and very professional. He always make sure that the work finish according to schedule. He always update me even during his off hours. I highly recommend this company and work with Elijah. If I have another project, I will get this company.

My brother-in-law recommended Ecosmart Development & Construction for our roof replacement and my husband and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the results. We got three bids for the job and one of them was so ridiculously high, it’s unbelievable! Elija was honest and gave us an estimate that was fair. The ladies from the office (Mor and Maria) were so helpful and so nice whenever I call for a question. The roofers, were so fast and efficient that they finished the job ahead of schedule in time for the rain the following day. They left the house premise clean that no nails were found upon inspection by Elija. We highly recommend Ecosmart Development & Construction for your roofing jobs from start to finish.

Tal offered creative suggestions when we were uncertain with what we wanted. Nathan constantly checked in to ensure accuracy and quality during all phases of the construction. I contacted Ecosmart Development & Construction and right away I was contacted by Hanan. Hanan is professional, knowledgeable and is a great communicator. Hanan provided me with a detailed estimate for replacing the roof on our home and the final price was consistent with the estimate. They finished the job in couple of days and that was not surprising considering the number of workers who they deployed to the site. I was very impressed. I can’t think of a more perfect testimonial to their work. The new roof looks great and we are very satisfied with the result and would recommend them to anybody who needed repair or replacement of a new roof.

We had Ecosmart Development & Construction remodel our 20 year old kitchen, laundry and bar area. We worked with Tal and Elija, and both were great. Both had a lot of good ideas during the design stage and helped us hone in on a final solution quickly. Tal helped us with the material selection. Elija checked all our appliance selections to make sure everything was going to fit okay. Elija had us work with a couple of different cabinet vendors to make sure we were getting value for our money. All of the staff and subs were professional and did quality work. As with any remodel there were a few things that went awry, but these were quickly remedied. My wife and I are very happy with the final work. We are more than happy to recommend Ecosmart Development & Construction for your next remodel.

We have been planning a remodel since we purchased the home over 10 years ago and spent an exhaustive amount of time reaserching and planning every detail. We know this is our forever home, so when it came to selecting a general contractor to create our perfect kitchen we wanted a company that could deliver great quality, care and attention to detail. Ori and the team at Ecosmart Development & Construction understood our goals and vision, and helped guide us through the process from design to suppliers and construction. We never felt pressured or rushed even when we haulted construction to make design changes. Ori worked tirelessly to modify the construction schedule to accommodate our demands. We chose to remain at the house even while over 50% of the house was under construction. Ori made sure that the site was kept clean at all times and that we knew the planned scope of work each day. This was not a quick process but the finished product was well worth the inconvenience. We are in love with the our new kitchen, dining room and family room, and have Ecosmart Development & Construction to thank.

These guys are good. As a recently new homeowner I needed to find a company that I could trust to inspect my roof for any damages leading into the rainy season. Ecosmart Development & Construction came recommended by my real estate agent so I went with them. They were fairly priced and shot me straight - I'm assuming at least - since the repairs they recommended were minimal. I highly recommend Ecosmart Development & Construction! I noticed a small water stain in one of our bedrooms upstairs and called them to evaluate our roof. Elija was able to come out the following day. He was professional, knowledgeable and reassuring that a section of the roof can be repaired to address the current leak in our roof. He was accessible throughout the work project and promptly responded to my questions.In addition, they were able to add our project into an opening in the schedule the following week, in lieu of waiting until the next opening in October! That was very much appreciated! Email updates to remind us of the start date, what to expect and how to prepare for our project was also helpful.We are also very pleased with the outcome of the roofing work performed by Elija and his crew. This was our first experience doing a remodel. Choosing a contractor felt like Russian Roulette, as we were not familiar with any local construction businesses and had heard horror stories from various sources.We contacted Ecosmart Development & Construction as they had very good customer reviews on the web. He was extraordinary!I called and texted that poor man morning, noon and night with my worries and he answered back quickly in a kind, knowledgeable and level-headed way. Thank you Ecosmart Development for amazing work!Its now been several months and I couldn’t be happier. I spent months considering if solar was for me. I really like the environmental aspect but I needed to be sure that it also made sense for me and my family financially.
