I recently remodeled my home and initially went through a very difficult time. I had hired a contracting company to be the "one stop shop" for me and assumed they would keep to their timeline "2 months." If you've ever worked with contractors, you know, if you aren't spending the big bucks, your job gets pushed down the totem pole. One month into the schedule and we still hadn't gotten permits or materials. Being that we had to move out of the house (with our newborn infant) we weren't ready to stay away for months on end. Taking matters into my own hands I looked online and found Ocean Permits. They laid out the process and made everything simple and clear. They not only got my home project back on schedule, but by securing the permits we were ready to move forward. I was able to swap out the expensive contractors and hire out the work to get the job completed. We saved money, but most importantly we saved time. We recently bought our first home and hired Ocean Permits to pull the construction permits for the interior house remodeling.
