Pacific1 Construction came highly recommended by a neighbor/friend who just had a lot of work done. We live in a complex with strict rules from the HOA so we felt it would be easier to hire someone that was already familiar with all the guidelines. I found this contractor through a head hunter agency because I didn't believe in Yelp, Google, or Angie's List. I was willing to pay the agency to get a guaranteed legitimate contractor since I had many bad experiences with previous remodels. I have to admit Pacific 1 was definitely worth the money. The contractor was at the job site about 95% of the time during the duration of the remodel and made sure every aspect of the job was going according to the time schedule written in the contract. He also kept me informed of any problems which arose during the work so that I can make the decision before continuing the work. His eye for detail and any flaws he saw were remedied by his knowledge of how to solve the problems. He also did follow ups after the job was completed to be sure everything was working. We waited for years to renovate our garage and to build an ADU.Our friend is recommended Pacific1 construction, we reached out to Charlie and he respond quickly and attentively. Charlie came to our house and we felt right away comfortable with him. He fully explained all the ways he could help. He quoted a price that was fair.But it doesn't stop there. Charlie was always easy to reach and got back to me right away if I had any questions - although usually he had explained everything to me so thoroughly I didn't need to ask. Plus, he was at my house most days just to make sure his guys were getting the job done right.All the team was very nice, respectful and professional. Charlie helped us with the design and choosing all the materials, he was very communicative and patient.Through the whole process we felt it was always about providing the best service possible from Pacific1 construction. Charlie knows his stuff and goes above and beyond. And he's one of the honest contractors out there, which is saying a lot if you've ever had to hunt. I absolutely recommend Pacific 1 Construction. Charlie is a skilled contractor, designer, and project manager that I've trusted with a living room remodel, kitchen remodel, and front yard renovation. Don't look any further!!!We had a great experience with Pacific1 construction! At last we got contractors that knows their job and provide perfect service! We now have our dream kitchen and bathroom we always wanted. They are licensed, insured, very experienced and easy to work with!!Price was close to our budget and all that was promised was done!! I cannot say enough good things about this company. I needed redo my bathroom and kitchen so I hired Pacific1 construction through a referral. The team were professional, punctual and communicative. The job was done on time and on budget. Their quality of work is second to none. We remodeled our kitchen and bathroom and Pacific 1 Constraction has been wonderful to work with. Charlie came over for a quote, and during the first meeting, he took detailed measurements of our space, and provided a 3D model of what the kitchen could look like! He was very professional and knowledgeable. Remodels can be very stressful, and it's so nice to work with good people that you can trust. The project was finished in time and schedule.
