I saw an ad for Priority Roofing on Instagram. I was impressed by the appearance of the roofs and curious so I watched some of the videos. I contacted a rep and scheduled an appointment for a consultation.I was a surprised at how easily the satellite imaging allowed them to give me an estimate. They explained the roofing system, installation process and costs. No pressure.I don’t know much about roofs. So I reached out to a friend who’s a contractor and gave him a copy of the estimate. He said it was an ideal product at an excellent price. So I signed a contract.I’ve worked with Teresa on every step of the process. She’s knowledgeable, responsive and enthusiastic. The installation crew arrived when they said they would, installed a beautiful roof and cleaned up.And a few weeks later a got a surprise premium refund from my home owner’s insurance provider. I would have been very happy with half of the amount I got back.This might be the first product review I’ve ever written. I’m doing it because I am impressed with the company and Teresa. I can’t think of one unpleasant surprise or disappointment in dealing with them. They said what they would do and did it. This is a company I’d like to do business with again. But since I got a great roof with a lifetime guarantee I don’t expect to hire them for the house I’m in.Service: Roof installation
