We had such a great experience with Samuel and The Best West Roofing. We had five roofers come give us quotes, and my husband immediately knew he wanted to work with Samuel. Samuel was prompt, honest with us about the work that needed to be done, and gave us a fair, competitive price. When they started the work, the crew showed up on time and worked quickly and efficiently. Samuel checked in daily to keep us up to date on progress and let us know what was coming next. He answered any and all questions we had. Our new roof is beautiful, and we could not be more pleased with the work. After talking to multiple roofers, who were either flaky and never got back to me with a quote, or charged 100% more because they were really too busy, and couldn't be bothered, I spoke to Samuel. He was prompt and courteous, and very detail oriented, and immediately gave me multiple good suggestions of how to get my side and front roofs replaced, cost effectively but also with good product that would last a long time. On installation day, he was extremely organized and his team proficient. On a second day, they installed gutters. Everything was done super professionally and if you want someone who isn't going to fill you with BS or waste your time, Samuel is really the guy to call.
