Just Great ! Owner Haim came out and did an emergency tarp -- in the rain, as my ceiling was leaking.He worked with my insurance until the bid & repairs were enough to give me a great outcome. Their repair guy were very professional, friendly and did a good job. I would not hesitate to use them again & to recommend them!

By far the best company I’ve worked with my entire life!! We were recommended this company by our neighbor - who had multiple repairs done to their roof by this company. Haim from The Local Roofers and Builders ( we think he’s the owner ) quoted us for the job and gave us a more than reasonable timetable for completion. His crew showed up on time, finished the job promptly and cleaned up afterwards - all on the date we agreed upon. We are very happy with the results.

One word: fantastic. Haim is a contractor u can really trust when it comes to roofing. His work is in the highest quality and if there was ever an issue he will go out of his way to make it right quickly. I’ve not once needed to worry whether work would be completed, or if corners were being cut, and that type of peace of mind is so important in my decision to hire him. We love our new roof!

Haim and his team did a wonderful job. He showed up when he said he would, provided an estimate on the spot, and pointed out some chimney issues that needed attention before any re-roofing was done (no other roofer noticed that). We had a great experience with great results. Haim ( owner) was onsite for the estimates and clearly detailed what they would do, provided pictures of damages, and was able to work schedules to fit everyone’s need. He provided pictures of completed roofing repairs and different stages throughout which was appreciated. Very knowledgeable of the HOA’s paint schemes and his crews were awesome. What else could I ask ?!

We are thrilled with the final outcome of our roof. We had the roof replaced because of leaks that have been popping up around my sky light the last couple years. They removed the sky light and did a complete removal of the old roof (it is a modular home so it had to be removed due to the weight). They also installed gutters which did not have initially but was needed for proper irrigation so damage to my foundation would not result. A drain was installed and some sections built up to minimize the pooling on this large flat roof. His crews were punctual and worked fast. The Local Roofers & Builders does a top-notch job, and they go above and beyond the call of duty to install a roof correctly. All old shingles are removed, any rotten wood is replaced and all clean up is done everyday they are on the job. They honor the initial bid. The company is dependable and completes the job in a timely manner. We will absolutely hire them again

Haim is a PRO! He arrived and asked me if I had any areas of concern. I told him what areas I was conserned about. He took time to look at the attic photo I had. Him and his partner got to work inspecting the roof, vents and chimney. He found a few shigles loose and he took care of them. They caulked around the vents, stink pipe and chimney. We couldn’t ask for a better service & price !

I highly recommend The Local Roofers and Builders. Haim: responded in a timely manner to my request for a bid; gave me a verbal bid onsite;followed up the bid with a timely email; scheduled the work in just a few days;confirmed the scheduled time; showed up on time; completed the work in a timely manner; cleaned the work area; - and, as an extra that was not included in original agreement, cleaned the gutters at no extra cost. I found it difficult to find contractors that provide quality work in a timely manner at a fair cost. Haim exceeded my expectations.

I do not normally write reviews but I feltl I had to in this case. You need to speak to Haim! He is very personable and does not push the sale. I had 2 other estimates before he came out which was on July 4th when most people are off. That showed me these guys are serious about getting my business. The other 2 guys that did my estimates took a total of 3 min tops without explaining much detail but wanted thousands. Haim took the time and showed me where I could save money and didn't need to over spend. If anyone is considering purchasing a new roof or adding a layer I would tell my own family to contact Haim first!

we discovered two leaks in our roof. Haim came out to inspect the roof and found the cause of the leaks, plus found another place with broken tiles that needed to be fixed (or it would turn into another leak). He showed me photos of the three areas so I could see the issues. He did this inspection while it was raining. They were able to come out to do the repairs a couple days later. Haim and a co-worker arrived on time and completed the repair of all three areas in half a day. He provided me with photos of the completed work.
