This is a great company to do business with if you need electrical work done. Jesse always returns my phone calls (which is unusual for businesses in Mammoth) and even sent me a text the last time to let me know which technician would be coming to my house. Mike and Jake, the technicians, have done work here a few times. They always wear shoe covers, leave the place clean, and explain to me what was the issue. A couple times my receptacles had tripped but not the breakers. They told me what happened and showed me how to rest the receptacles. Jake stayed the last time to measure the amps on the appliances I was using in a room where the breaker frequently trips so I could adjust which ones to use to avoid tripping the breaker. He even recommended a better space heater, which when I researched it, got great reviews. Both Mike and Jake are super nice men who I feel comfortable having in my home.

I needed a ton of work done on a neglected old office building. Jesse Sr. sent his crew of techs to our rescue! These guys aren't unskilled laborers in over their heads - each and every one of them had a specific skill set, which was definitely needed on our old building. The experience starts with a very detailed write-up of work to be performed and the price agreed to (after you've had a diagnosis, and the fee for that is applied to work you decide to contract for), and then automated scheduling, notification when a tech is enroute, automated billing - all so smooth! Jesse and his team at BIG were INCREDIBLY helpful to me the entire way through the process. They responded very quickly, had a phone line that rings all of the guys' phones and someone answers write away, have great office management and response time with quotes/bids, and show up exactly when and where they say they will with an extremely knowledgeable team ready to get the work done. I ended up not doing the electrical project I planned (it was a combined electrical and plumbing project and all together it worked out being prohibitively expensive and difficult to accomplish) but Jesse and his team were very helpful and very understanding when I ended up not doing the project, charging me only for a site visit after many times consulting and helping me out and sharing their advice. Jesse is fantastic, as is Mike, as is Bailey. This team will do you right in all of your electrical needs while being so, so easy to work with.

I never write reviews, but the outstanding service we have received by Baldwin warrants my time in writing this up. Jesse and his team are as good as it gets! We called in on a Saturday morning regarding the wall heater not working in our Mammoth Condo. It is a vacation rental and this is a concern as we live six hours away and depend on it for our guests. Jesse went above and beyond in investigating the problem, sending photos of his discoveries, as well as many other photos of several other serious issues that we were not even aware of. Our condo complex is quite old, and there were many issues that were not up to standard. Jesse understood our predicament with access to the condo as to not disturb the guests. He brought in his team of three electricians to bust out all of the issues in the short period between check out and check in on the same day. He kept us informed every step of the way, had permits signed off immediately and installed a really cool wifi remote access thermostat to go with our new heater... among many other things. I cannot say enough about his professionalism and expertise in his industry. We are thrilled in knowing that after 20 years of owning a 2nd home in Mammoth, we finally are in great hands with Jesse and his team of electricians. This guy is a genius!!! We VERY highly recommend Jesse!
