Diamond Group Builders was a referral from a friend that had previously used them for a bathroom remodel. We had gotten a couple of quotes from contractors and choose this company since John was easy to talk to and seemed confident and knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done.Our master bathroom had issues since several things had not been done correctly by the previous homeowners, so we had it completely remodeled.The remodeling processes were all new to us, but John and Deanna made it easy for us to get through it, from explaining the work that was to be done each step of the way to helping us make choices for the new design and look for the bathroom.They were flexible with our start date which we had to change a couple of times and always responsive whenever we had questions or needed to follow up on pending tasks. John and his team live up to their name. We had a nightmare of a bathroom remodel that was unfinished and the contractor left mid job. Come to find out he hadn’t done any of it right. We got 3 quotes to redo and fix the job including diamond groups. John and Deanna were the only ones that’s came to the rescue in every sense. He literally had to gut and re do everything. They helped pick out the new materials, salvaged what they could and really stayed within my budget. They were truly amazing. The remodel turned out better than I could’ve imagined.I then referred my colleague who used them also for a remodel and they came through again.
