The micromanaging was extreme, worst I've seen in my career, very inappropriate behavior from Dave. The level of disrespect given when spoken to, myself and all employee's is ridiculous and a lawsuit ready to happen. I've never worked with such a narcissist, self-centered, self-absorbed, selfish boss (David James) in my entire life.Love the company and people, I just wished I had a different manager/boss in charge. It would have made such a difference. People should feel welcomed and excited to come in to work. I was either. Writing this review gives me such pleasure knowing I will not be returning to his toxic and unprofessional environment. You can’t work in an environment where your organizational skills, productivity and efficiency are not welcome or appreciated.Please do yourself a favor and do not work for or with this company.

JA Urban recently completed a build of our first Jersey Mike's Subs. They did an excellent job. Their experience was invaluable for us and we always felt every step of the way that they were just as invested as we are in building a high quality restaurant. The GC, Tim, was an expert at handling all the little things and the big things that come with construction. This allowed us to never stress or worry about the build. I would highly recommend JA Urban to anyone looking for an experienced, skilled team for their build.

J.A. Urban, under a Government contract, completed a major tenant improvement project for DoD office space in Palmdale, CA. Tim, the PM, ensured everything was completed per scope, on schedule and finished work was beyond our satisfaction. Juan, the foreman, was boots on the ground and ensured all the sub-contractors did everything per scope and made sure the office was cleaned up at the end of the day. We really appreciated their flexibility, including working weekends, to minimize impact to employees in the office. Highly recommended!
