After contacting my  insurance, Jamie from Paul Davis East San Gabriel Valley contacted me. They guided me through the entire process. Jamie and his partner Gary were very polite, sympathetic and responsive. They helped us take care of things that were not included in the original estimate in good faith. It looked brand new when they were done. Great company and highly recommended.

I highly recommend contacting Paul Davis Restoration. After my roof leaked with interior water damage, I reached out to them. Gary came out the same day I called during the 1-hour window he provided. He contacted me when on his way to my home and then assessed the condition honestly and fairly and was very professional and courteous. He even called a roofer to help me assess next steps, as I have repeatedly dealt with unreliable roofers who don't show up. I will definitely contact Paul Davis Restoration for any water, fire, or mold remediation needs, as I feel they are a reliable and honest local company that I can trust.

The entire kitchen flooring had to be removed and commercial grade fans and dehumidifiers were brought in. I recently discovered mold on my window sills and decided to contact a professional after finding conflicting information on the internet. One company came in and immediately said I need to replace my windows. I said that wasn't going to happen and sent him on his way (this was the same company who's phone rep told me that vinegar grows mold).When Paul Davis came in they checked the sills and walls for moisture content. Gary explained that everything seemed to be dry however the humidity level in the room was too high. I already knew the mold was most likely from the condensation I get on these particular windows when it is wet and cold as it has been this year. The problem was very small as far as abatement goes. Gary guided me on the products to buy to properly clean the mold myself, and explained that most importantly I need to to deal with the excess humidity in the room and get a dehumidifier. I really appreciate the honesty and guidance Gary gave me.

We had a leak from the rain in my back house and the whole wall was wet as my back house is against about 4 ft of dirt from the neighbors yard on the hill. We spoke to other vendors and Paul Davis seemed the most professional and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions quickly and their prices were reasonable.We worked with Gary and he came in and basically his play by play in timeline, what he was going to do, and how it's gonna turn out was spot on. The moment I signed the contract, within 24 hours he had his crew in, demoed my wall and quarantined the mold zone, removed 4 ft of drywall, and bring all the mold remediation equipment. 3 days later they came back, removed the equipment and started to put everything back together. 48 hrs later it was all painted and completed as nothing ever happened.We would highly recommend them.
