I highly recommend Engels, Yessena, and all the crew at EZ Roofing. They did a remarkable job with my second story roof tearoff which was extremely labor intensive. The rafter tails (more than 40 in all) and all the fascia boards were completely rotted and required extensive carpentry work to replace. Engels knew exactly what needed to be done and came in with a fair-priced bid that included all the materials, labor, sales taxes and city permit fee. No surprise costs for unforeseen work that other roofers had quoted. The crew of 8 arrived early and was ready to work at 7am sharp. The job was a bit more difficult because driveway access to dispose of the demolition was restricted and the crew had to carry out all the broken shingles in large trash buckets on their shoulders. They tarped my backyard and were quick and efficient in removing every bit of debris. The entire roof was completed in 3 days. I can't say enough good things about EZ Roofing. Engels was even kind enough to help me out when I asked him to speak with the person who had installed a different roof last year which is leaking now. EZ Roofing's office is located 5 minutes from my house which is convenient for me. Engels and Yessena return phone calls right away and were always available whenever I need them.

I recently needed to fix my garage's roof and after talking to a few other companies, I came across ez roofing. I spoke to Engels and he was able to come by the same day to provide a quote, which came in cheaper than what I was able to get to get from other companies. On the day of the job, they arrived on time, they removed/placed all of the damaged beams, pointing out to me what they needed to do and why (which I appreciate) and best of all, finished it in a day! Can't sing their praises enough really. Very fast and professional with a no nonsense attitude when it comes to the work.

Very professional top quality workmanship performed.Licensed , Job Permit and City Inspection .I am very pleased with the outcome of my new roof job. Angel the owner, walks you through the job step by step and shares with you all the details involved.They use all the right tools for the trade and use top quality material .They clean up at the end of shift and makes sure that all demo debris and nails are removed from the ground and off the jobsite.Very excellent job. This is a long overdue review for EZ Roofing. I replaced my old concrete tile roof with a new red tile roof, which gave my home a whole new wonderful look. Owner of EZ Roofing, Engels, was great to work with. He worked within budget and the timeframe that he gave me, was very respectful, responsible, and responsive (Always available and answers his phone). Have been using the owner of EZ Roofing for over 10 years. Only roofer company I would call. Always answers his phone and comes that day. What sets this company apart from any other company is that the quote is the price, they never come back to say there is an issues. Also I have never had issues with finalizing the permit, whereas other companies I have used have had issues and then put a upcharge.
