Tip Top Roofing did an outstanding job on our roof. We had a few scheduling issues but once they got started it was smooth sailing, day one they tore off the old roof, day two they replaced a few boards, laid down the new roof and installed the new whirly birds (3). At the end of each day they cleaned up the work area better than we had expected. Any issue we had was dealt with either immediately or as soon as possible. The cost of the total job gave us sticker shock but their expertise, expedience and professionalism made it all go down a bit easier. Josh & Tip-Top Roofing did a great job with my roof repair. I waited a few days to post my review because I wanted to see the roof was going to hold up with the heavy rains we got the following days after repair. Everything held up great! No leaks! Josh did my repair and also did roof maintenance on the entire roof that included sealing vents, replacing broken tiles and securing all slipped tiles. I can't say enough about how much I appreciate Tip Top Roofing and the team of hard-working people who built our roof. From the start they were quick to respond to my call and followed through without delay. Steve, the owner of Tip Top, was the type of person I enjoy working with. He was considerate and helpful in hearing my concerns from what I knew about my existing roof problems and he made efforts to address all of them. He gave me options based on what he thought I needed and displayed his knowledge and experience in how he planned to build the roof based on those needs. I appreciate Steve making me part of the decisions and offering me suggestions that I did not receive from the other roofing companies that I received estimates from. He and his team were quick to tear down and the installation team lead, Edgar, worked closely with his son and crew to do a quality build based on what was discussed. They were fast, efficient, courteous, and left the area very clean. I am completely happy with their professionalism and work. Love the roof! I recommend Tip Top Roofing without hesitation.

Not professional at all they agreed to do a job at a set price by them and we agreed thinking they would start the job middle of December. they knew we were on a time crunch and after 3 weeks i called back in to get an update turns out they upped the price by 7k!!! now 3 weeks behind i have to find another contractor. they are crooks and nobody should go to them.
