Danny and Rupert came out to replace a fence post that rot and wind had done serious damage to. RB was easy to get in touch with and Frank came out to provide a quote in short order. He explained everything and what to expect for repairs. He was also transparent on what additional costs could arise if elements of the fence could not be salvaged (always nice to be aware in case of those scenarios). Everyone at RB was pleasant to work with and positive throughout.Service: General repairs

They installed my French doors and gave me attitude when I called for a warranty service for the deadbolt not working. They came out and fixed the problem, but today I had to call for the same problem and received the same nonchalant attitude.
