Buddy did a great job installing a bathroom exhaust fan & replacing the rubber gasket under my sink to stop a leak. Buddy provided excellent customer service, and was easy to work with. 10/4/2023 my wife had 6 safety handrails installed in the guest bathroom and master bedroom bathroom. Technician was on time, but had to go to home depot for special nails he did not have. The completed job was done very well. We have done business with Handyman Network in the past and always satisfactory work has been done. We will call upon them again for any future jobs.

Oopppsss they did it again at The Handyman Network, the New Year I started to notice the corner of my wall bubbling and browning. I called The Handyman Network and at the time everyone was backed up, so I called around to roofers who told me I needed a plumber and the plumbers told me I needed a roofer ( this is without even coming out to diagnose) felt like I was chasing my tail. I was getting the run around and the problem was spreading, I can't express how much it means to me to have confidence in a company and workers that know how to fix a problem. After finally getting a handful of roofers and plumbers to see the problem NOT a one of them could tell me, what the problem was or where the water was coming from. So I Desperately called handyman network back and explained the problem again and explained that I am not getting any help from anyone and no one can find the problem. Tracy then told me not to worry , made me calm and said that she will try to work on something , within 2 days I had a call from Rich the big boss man and he was so genuinely concerned and and told me "we will fix it we will find the problem so you I can breathe again. " He sent me Joe what a he was understanding and he is most definitely a jack of all trades. He found out that the roofers who replaced our roof 5 years ago cut corners and he took pictures to prove it. Oh, boy was I not a happy clam but then he explained the photos and what needed to be done, which was quite a bit, he did it all his self without me having to call any other company to do the drywall etc etc. It is professional's like Joe and the Handyman Network who bring back the faith in having a job well done with a big smile on their faces always willing and ready to help. If you are looking for trusting, caring, hard working and go to pro's it's got to be The Handyman Network . Now to start thinking about my kitchen, then master bath I am getting excited just thinking about it, peace of mind is priceless and so are they!

I contacted Handyman Network some time in early September 23 and they sent Tyler out to take a look at my deck. He took pictures, etc., and said he'd send an estimate within a few days. I was in contact with the dispatcher, Bonnie, who assured me that they would get back to me shortly but so far, a month and more later, I have not had any follow-up from them, and no response to repeated requests for the bid. Not sure what's going on with them, but it's a disappointment. Can't recommend this group.

We contacted Handyman Network to have a bid done to replace our shower. Our old shower was leaking. Rich came by and explained the options to us, did some measurements and e-mailed a bid to us the next day. We decided to go with Handyman Network and they started the next week and completed the project in 2 and a 1/2 days. We were very happy with their work. They know what they are doing and it looks great. The price was very reasonable. Lower than we were expecting. Rich, Joe, and Mike all worked on different stages of the project. They were all on time and very respectable of us and our home. We have already contacted them to do another job.

Poor follow-up and estimate process. Professionalism could improve.I was really looking forward to working with The Handymen Network after reading the reviews and the great initial conversation I had when I inquired. I had someone come to my home to give me an estimate on finishing my garage. He spent about 30 minutes reviewing my garage and property and said I’d receive something in a couple of days. 2 weeks went by and I followed up with the company because I hadn’t received anything. The person that answered was surprised I hadn’t heard anything but remembered discussing my project with him and he was friendly and professional and said he would follow up and call me back. He called me back and they said they were waiting on some info from an electrician for the estimate and I’d have the info in a couple days... It’s been over a month now and I’ve still never been contacted by the person that came to my house and was going to email me my estimate. So, now I guess it’s time to find someone else to do the job and the potential bathroom remodel that was to follow. Bummer.

After the NYE storm I contacted 7+ companies to ask for help to repair some fencing that came down. Handyman Network was 1 of 2 companies to call me back, and the ONLY one that actually came to my property to look at the damage. Their pricing is more than fair. It was a repair job, not a rebuild and they didn't try to crazy upsell. Tyler came out, told me what needed to be done to fix it and his work is great. They were responsive and communicative about when they would be here and how long it would take. I am very pleased!!
