Becerra Brothers Roofing just completed a tear off and install of a new roof for us. They also replaced all of our fascia. We would highly recommend their company to anyone looking for roofing needs. The quote came in fast and reasonable. Their workers were on time, professional and clean. Every day they cleaned up the workspace even though they stayed on site for 4 days. Once completed they walked us through the project to ensure we were happy with it. Lastly, they even went above and beyond to secure our evaporative cooler with new chains. Family owned business with a great warranty. Definitely give them a call for any roofing needs.

Our roof showed leaks after Hurricane Hilary. Several calls to other roofing companies resulted in un returned calls or estimate schedules out as far as three months. Ricardo was able to come by for the estimate in three weeks and the work was scheduled three weeks after that. INCOMPETENT work on my roof earlier this year resulted in massive damage to my home in the EXACT area they worked. I called numerous times and talked with Carmen, the owner’s daughter. She always assured me that her father had been told of my damage and that he would call and come over to assess the damage. He never did either and it’s been over a month. I’ve since hired someone who actually knows how to fix roofs. He showed me photos of their work area where things were either not fixed at all or fixed incompetently. I would not use them again for free, nor would I recommend them to anyone. Incompetent and unprofessional are the two words that best describe my misfortune of hiring the Becerra Bros.Service: Roof repair

The owner Alfonso came over and went to check on the roof. Thought I had a leak and he said there was no leak at all. Is very professional Told me what it might be to have a plumber to come and check the ceiling That it could be condensation from the pipes above.

03/07/2023: After very high winds caused considerable damage to my clay tile roof I was in a quandary as to who I could turn to for getting the repairs done quickly as well as professionally.Several of my neighbors were using Bacerra Roofing and I asked them to please stop by to give me an estimate. I appreciated that there response was immediate because I couldn't get any other company to respond to my phone messages.Mr. Bacerra came by, went onto my roof and came down to explain what was going on and what I needed to repair - the current damage as well as prior damage that was already there. The damage was hard to see from the ground and I appreciated his update as well as photos showing what was going on.To be honest, I hired Mr. Bacerra since he was doing repairs in the neighborhood already and that no other roofing company was responsive to my urgency....he was.The job was professionally completed by his crew of six in one day. They repaired everything and I could see by the results and additional photos how good the roof looked. Exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The initial inspection was done within 24 hours. The proposal was emailed and snail mailed immediately. I was given 2 options. The various shingle colors and R-factors was emaied to mel so I could make a selection. The day the work started, 5 men were sent to remove the old roof - we were scheduling between rain storms! They finished in 2 days. At the end of each day, they completely cleaned the area - no debris was left behind. Really great job! Camen in the office was always availlable by phone to give me updates and answer questions. I am more than pleased with the results. This is an honest, trustworthy company. I interviewed many roofing companies during the rainy season and was unable to set up an appointment with any of them. I called Becerra Brothers and they set up an appointment with me the next week. Their extensive knowledge and experience in the roofing business is what finalized my decision to choose them. They helped us choose a thermal layer that has helped keep my home cooler from day one. Because I run a child care from my home I stressed to them that the job had to be done quickly and that they had to be sure to clean up any mess and respect my clients. They went above and beyond their job in every way. The job was done in three to four days and they cleaned up every nail and paper from the ground. They even installed a solar vent to help circulate the air from the attic. When they took me on the roof the final day to see the work I was very happy with the new roof and could feel the hot air leaving the attic with our new vent. I can't express how satisfied and impressed I am with this company. They go above and beyond to make sure they provide the best roof possible. They replaced rotten wood, a skylight and installed a solar tube superbly. I had them brace up a saggy overhang, that was not in the bid, and they handled it promptly without complaint. They offered a variety of roofing and underlayment products for maximum energy efficiency and longevity. They also utilize techniques to make sure rain runoff doesn't touch the facia for longer life. Beccera Brothers spent at least an hour each day cleaning up. You would not have known a contractor was working on the property all day. The job was on time, on budget and very high quality. True professionals.
