Several years ago we commissioned Christian Costo and his sons to do a total renovation of our high rise waterfront condo, right down to the studs and changing EVERYTHING. Their group was extremely professional and we relied on their integrity to help us plan and modify every square foot of space. Their experience in dealing with City Permits and Strata By-laws was invaluable, and saved us a lot of potential misery.We have been so happy with the extensive renovations your team helped us plan and execute that we find it hard to want to move anywhere else. Everything here is just the way we want it.While our 6 or 8 month reno was going on we were living in our La Quinta home and supervising by email and photos, and a couple of on site visits. A very relaxing way to oversee a complex project. Thanks so much!
