Albert is awesome 😎! He responded when I called, and showed up on time. It's not everyday you need the services of a roof contractor. There's many in the area, and many don't engage or overly boast. Albert showed us what needed to occur, and inspected the completed work with supporting evidence. We asked him if he used subs, and he stated he does not. His crew even shows when stated, and do the project effortlessly. I hired Desert Roof Concepts in February 2023, and have already told a couple friends about Albert's business. In my opinion, he's doing it right. Thank you Albert!

Alber and team did a great job on our roof! We’ve had it refinished a couple times and it was in need of a full foam reroof. They had a reasonable estimate and even worked with us on potential areas for savings. Desert Roof Concepts also works closely with the city on permits making sure inspections run smoothly. They provide a high level of professionalism that we were looking for and definitely delivered on that. Each day they were respectful of our property and kept everything clean. The project ran on schedule with constant communication from Alber and team. Our roof just went through one of the heavier rain seasons in recent years without any issues providing the peace of mind we wanted. We would highly recommend them for your project and we plan to use them for any future refinishing!

I am very happy with the job Alber and his team did on the installation of my foam roof.Office staff was friendly and helpful when I called for a quote. He was responsive to my questions and concerns. He followed up and resolved an issue I had. His team was knowledgeable and nice.After the foam insulation I noticed the inside temperature doesn’t fluctuate as much and there are no drafts.Thank you Desert Roof Concepts!

I called Desert Roof Concepts after we recently had some really bad winds. I explained that I just had a few missing/broken tiles and a section that was slipping down. They came out within a few days, Albert showed and seemed nice. However, after he checked my roof I felt like he really only wanted me to replace the whole roof since it’s an older roof. I asked to get a quote on just the section that needed to be repaired. He said I should have the quote by the end of the day. It’s been almost a week and I’ve received nothing. Unless you want/need a new roof don’t call this company. I had another Roofer come out and fix the section that needed repair. He said it wasn’t that bad and had it fixed in 2 hours.

Albert was so quick to respond to our roof leak request. He came out same day to quote during the heavy rains we had and had the roof fixed within 2 weeks. I recommend this company to anyone. You get what you pay for. Excellent quality of work.

For the most part I do not write a review; but in this case I thought I should. Mr. Melara and his crew are simply the best. I've lived out here most of my life, and it very hard to find a good contractor. But in this case I do not think you can find a better contractor or crew.
