I was very happy with Kings Remediation. They did what they said they would in a timely manner. Victor cleaned everywhere there was an issue. They left my kitchen spotless.My only complaint. Victor did not cap off where the dishwasher was hooked up to. I went to turn on the water and had water come out under the sink.

We recently had a water issue coming into our ceiling from a heavy rainstorm. Noticed the problem the next morning and called Kings immediately. They arrived within a few hours and prevented any further damages by there quick response. I recommend that if you have the need for this type of service this would be the only call you would need to make. Very professional, honest and fair!

The entire team at Kings was professional, immediately responded to our needs. Hillary hit us hard and we were leaving the next day. They came out when promised and assessed our needs and moved crews around so they could take care of us before we left. While we were gone Ryan took the time to meet with our insurance adjuster to keep things moving in the right direction. Upon our return they came back to finish. I work at a Country Club in Indian Wells and we are currently renovating our locker rooms. I had some glass doors installed and that's when we discovered a water leak that was creating black mold. Literally the BEST experience. They were able to get to our house quickly and get us going on removing mold found in our house. We have two small toddlers and Amber and Ryen we do compassionate about getting the job appropriately and quickly so that it would be safe for our family to get back into the area. What a great company!!! I was blown away by the very friendly and brotherly attitude Ryan and his crew have. I had a flood in my house due the heavy rain few weeks ago. I called the local companies here in Yucca Valley and they all don't have time to come over. I called Kings Remediation, thinking that they might turn me down too. But at my great surprise, they showed up within an hour and they took care of the whole process, explaining everything along the way. Soon after that my insurance called me denying my claim. This is the 2nd time we have used Kings Remediation. The first flood we had it was unfortunate that we found them in the middle of the repairs and after we supposedly had help with our insurance claim. Grateful we found them even at that time. Ryen came in answered all our questions told us us what we can do to get him and his team on deck! Once we did, they come on board and after months of dealing with that insurance claim, our home was repaired in a blink of an eye!Here we are a year later with another leak! This time we called Ryen right away! We have been working with King’s since the beginning of this flood, and they are getting things approved by the insurance company and getting things done! Our house flooded from a water heater while we were out of town. A friend recommended Kings, I called, talked with Jarrod and from that moment on they handled everything super fast and efficiently. Ryen, my contact at Kings, was an absolute pro. He communicated daily and guided us thru the cleanup, pack out, testing and the insurance process. Kings Remediation did a great job getting us through a very stressful flood loss to our home. I found them on the internet, called them and they were out the next day. On Holliday we have water damage in the garage and the house due to a broken pipe. What an outstanding company. I had a slab leak and was advised to call a water remediation company. As soon I called, they got someone out and got started right away. Kings did a great job. I had a leak in my dishwasher which caused water damage and mold throughout my kitchen. Kings removed all the mold, did a great job with the pack out of all my valuables, and they helped me through the tedious insurance process.
