Vaz, the owner, came in 30 minutes to assess work to be completed after quite a bit of water damage. He had up to date equipment to test walls base boards and ceilings.He’s a professional, good communicator and competent in what he does. Quick response and hard worker. Thorough and detail oriented which we needed in our home. Really knows all about damage and repair. Very satisfied, I recommend him highly.

I highly recommend Water Tech Restoration and Mitigation - Vaz and his team were amazing! We had a pipe burst just as a holiday weekend started, and Vaz came out almost immediately (on that weekend) for a free consultation. He and his team did great work, plus Vaz guided us through the entire process, helping us find and coordinate with additional subcontractors, helping us with our insurance claim, and helping ease our stress overall. Where shall I begin with the praise I have for Vaz and his entire team? After serious water damage to my home, Vaz of Water Restoration made the recovery process as smooth and easy as I could have possibly imagined. On the day of the flood, I called Water Restoration, Vaz answered and said he’d come in 30 minutes and 30 minutes it was. He reassured me, in a way that gave me great confidence, that he could help. Later that day, he called to see how I was doing emotionally. A genuinely compassionate man. He started the process right away and everyone on his team was truly outstanding in terms of the quality of their workmanship and their professionalism. They were a pleasure to have working in my home. When they said they be there on a certain day and time, they arrived at exactly that time. A rarity in this industry. And Vaz always followed up to see how the project was progessing. The finished product is better than I dreamed of and, believe it or not (for a renovation), I actually have pleasant memories of the process and the great people who worked on my home. Truly an honest company! I called them to check out some slight water damage to my home. They recommended just fixing my roof as it was not significant enough to warrant a full repair. They also gave me some general tips for better weatherproofing my home. They didn’t exaggerate damages just to get a job. After the hurricane that went through the Coachella Valley, we arrived at our vacation home to find our roof had leaked and a bedroom was flooded. I quickly looked online and Water Tech was the 2nd number I called. Vaz answered and said he could come by in 10 minutes. Being a Saturday and knowing how busy he must be I was surprised but he came, helped us move furniture, take up the wet carpet and placed fans to dry the room out. He put a plan into place immediately and since we do not live there full time worked with the insurance company to meet in person and show the damage. They did 100% of the work from having asbestos testing done, replacing insulation, drywall,paint, carpet install and baseboards. Everything from start to finish.Vaz and his team are professionals and above that they are friendly and know their job. Vaz helped us with the entire process and was beyond personable and helpful. Vaz and team saved the day when our poor Palm Springs house sprung a serious leak. My water heater failed and left a mess. To make matters worse, it was beside our furnace and we were afraid mold could develop into our HVAC. I immediately googled and found Vaz and his team. I previously dealt with a dishwasher leak and had to deal with so many unprofessional contractors and clean up crews.But this time, Vaz was a breath of fresh air. He arrived quickly and on time, took charge without pressuring me, and just took all the stress off my plate. He moved so fast, and left the entire area better than it even was before the damage and set it up in a way that if I have a failure in the future, I shouldn't have to deal with as big of a mess. It honestly felt a lot like having an uncle who is personally invested in fixing your water damage. We found an HONEST and helpful MOLD INSPECTOR!!! Vaz took time on a Sat afternoon to help us out. We had a sale contingency expiring today related to an inspection report showing a POSSIBLE mold issue. The buyer had gotten a quote from a "Mold remediation" contractor for $5,000, SIGHT UNSEEN!We decided to dig a little deeper to understand the scope of work required so that we could accept our responsibility.Vaz looked and measured the moisture in the opening, as well as examining the piece of wallboard represented in the inspection report, that had been saved for his review. The result: No current mold activity and no basis for remediation".If you are facing a mold issue, don't do anything until you call Vaz! He'll give it to you straight. I called the Vaz for a Mold Inspection and he scheduled me for the next day. It was in the morning and he came on time. He performed the Mold Inspection throughout my house meticulously combing through each room and the garage.
