I contracted Jorge for a complete renovation (painting, carpentry, plumbing, and landscaping) for our property that was destroyed by the former tenants. Jorge and his team were diligent and were punctual in completing the renovation in the time frame that was given. The team did a great job in fixing/addressing all the issues in the renovation. I needed drywall work done quickly after a mold remediation team left a bedroom in my new house in "disrepair" and Jorge quickly repaired it and painted the whole room a new color I picked out. Jorge installed a new door and made the doggy door entrance on it as well for us. He was extremely professional and kind. His work was perfect - doors loom great! While doing the work he made sure the surrounding weren’t damaged and cleaned up afterwards. On a Tuesday I called him to make an appointment to help with a stuck trash compactor and at least 3 more near by future jobs. Since he could not come out that day, I accommodated by agreeing on Thursday at 3pm. For some one who has an impecable 5 star rating 🤔 he NEVER showed up and never did reply to my 3 texts. What a huge disappointment for me. He could have at least called or answer my texts instead of leaving me high and dry and chose to soil his perfect record.
