Rude people ! They will ignore you.Their attitude is bad. Take your business somewhere else. I came in looking for help. I started asking questions. The lady behind the glass window wouldn’t answer and she was just was looking around. I was there for five minutes and I walked out.

As an owner, I believe that you have the right to take care of your business and interests, thats why they take care of it and are very strict and rude when it comes to delivering your merchandise. I regret buying for 2 homes before from them. They don’t give any customer service to anyone they don’t know.I had sent my roofer there before for 2 roofs on recommendation of another roofer -I called in today and ZERO ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WILLINGNESS TO HELP IN ANY WAY…ya, I called 1.40 but still…. if you not in store, not willing to quote u… cz they have a line. I guess we are in the 80’s still w this shop.BETTER HOME DEPOT. Pay a dollar more but no Millennial will ruin your day ..

Great customer service. FYI, you can also refill your propane tanks. Price varies, depending on how much is needed to full tank completely. No need to waste your unused propane from a tank that is not completely empty. Fill as much is needed.

The woman running this place talks to everyone as if they are dumb and don't matter. She thinks she is above everyone. Customers and employees. The employees hate their jobs with new management. I've been shopping here for over 30 years and it sucks now. Shop elsewhere. It's all second grade defective materials anyway and no materials warranty on their materials.

The best place to get the best price for roofing material they have some of everything but check it before you leave some of the bundles were marked white and when I got home they were Gray!!!

We came here a few days ago to check out prices on the roof shingles we had in mind. We got several estimates from different roofing centers and this place was the last on our list and also the one that our roofer had recommended. It was easy to find and as soon as we walked into the small office, the ladies at the front desk were very helpful! Liz (Lisbeth) guided us as we talked about what we wanted and she recommended another brand (GAF) with the same look, design, and color but with a MUCH better price. Then, she directed us to go look at the color outside in the yard to make sure we liked it. Jose greeted us in the yard and showed us where they were. Then, he actually brought us another design (same GAF presidential shingles and color) that they had. It was the Sienna design that's more like a diamond shape. He said they were the same price, just a different look that we might be interested in. Then, when we weren't sure how it would actually look, Andy, the manager, came by and ripped a new packaged bundle to lay it out a few of them for us to have a better realistic view of how they would look on a roof. They were so pretty and looked like luxury shingles! Literally, everybody was so helpful! So then we went back to the office, Liz took the measurements we brought in and also added the accessories we needed. Prices were ALL so much better than all the other places!! As she was doing this, we told them no delivery since we don't have a place to put them before we needed them. And while we were trying to figure out the date of starting the work with our roofer on the phone, Russell (one of the men who work there and also deliver), let us know that delivery would be best after we tore out our old roof and had the plywood replaced and paper down. He was so helpful, and friendly giving us his advice on the roofing schedule. Seems like he actually cares about customers getting their roof done as easy as possible. He also told us their delivery includes taking them up to the actual roof! We didn't know this so it really helped us plan our roof schedule more efficiently! So we decided to get everything and they were very flexible with how/when to do the delivery. Payment was easy and they also told us that returns of unopened, packaged materials are not an issue. We were just so satisfied with the entire experience. Everybody was just over the top great in customer service and most importantly, the prices were SO much lower than ALL of the other roof centers we went to. I'm not sure how they can give such good prices for customers. Anyway, definitely come here for your next roof job!!! Btw, on our way out, we realized there was a Rabbit Rescue right next to their office. We went in, saw the adorable rabbits up for adoption and they had A LOT. The ladies inside were very nice, too. When we came out, we saw several cute white bunnies hopping around in the gated area in front of the beautifully painted wall. TOO CUTE!! We found out that Sam's Roofing Materials actually let the rabbit rescue use that building to help. Seriously?! I don't know why anyone wouldn't come here for their roof. The people and business there are very admirable and respectable. Go check them out!!!! :)
