This was a great experience working with the Tuff Shed team. Starting with Lisa Martin, she helped us figure out the right size, model & trim for our existing pad and home color. She was extremely patient with me as I looked at every possible shed option on the market. This was absolutely worth the extra money and the setup was so smooth. Joel and his guy were on time, installed the shed with no hassle and cleaned up the job site perfect.For those who wonder about the cost, ours is an 10'w x 8'd x 7'h walls. I looked at everything from Costco to Lowes to other brands and all other options were plastic or metal and installation videos and reviews prove that it is just not worth the hassle and risk of the wasting your money. Tuf Sheds aren't cheap, but it is an investment that pays off with no leaks, no mice and a 10 year warranty and not having to assemble and install yourself.

I am a happy owner of a Pro Ranch, 8 x 10 Tuff Shed which I purchased in 2017. This is my second purchase, and I absolutely love my Tuff Shed. I recently contacted Tuff Shed because I lost my keys and needed a replacement set. I spoke with Tony at the Paso Robles office, who was very helpful. He stated that they usually have a few keys on hand however, he didn’t think they did so he sent me a link so that I could order new keys. Two days later he called back and said he did come across a couple of extra keys, and that I could have them. I stopped by and chatted with Tony for several minutes. Lisa Martin and the Tuff Shed crew are the best! Lisa got us a great deal on a pre-assembled show room model. She got us scheduled for delivery and did not let us down. Jessica Francisco followed up and made it happen. The guys that delivered the shed demonstrated some mad trailering skills. The roof had to be removed to be delivered. So the assembly guys showed up and reassembled the roof. They worked until late to make sure it was completed on delivery day. The entire experience was great. Saving up to get another! Highly recommend Tuff Shed Paso Robles!

Tony was super responsive when completing the online Shed Builder. He followed up immediately and offered his help, but was not pressuring at all. My son and I ended up stopping by with some questions and Tony provided color samples on demand. My son wanted to see all the sheds and Tony opened each one up for us to explore. He even suggested a subtle design change that should help the shed stay cool in the summer. Thanks for making it easy Tony!

We were looking for a good looking and sturdy shed for some much needed added storage. Once we came upon Tony Mendoza and Tuff Shed in Paso Robles, we knew we came to the right place. We were impressed by his knowledge, honesty and helpfulness. He even went to our home to double check the measurements. When the shed arrived (right on time), the two gentlemen (and they were) who installed it were efficient and did a great job. I bought two sheds, and the process was seamless and intuitive. From the ease of design and ordering, to the assembly, an excellent experience! Great Customer support and on-schedule delivery enhance the process. I was amazed to watch the work of the three man crew as they carried in the panels and built the sheds. Really awesome! Friendly crew lead ensured shed placement and confirmed setup details with me at each step. I am also impressed with the high quality built into the structure, they are built to last and made to take the weather, unlike plastic or sheet metal sheds. Some folks might be put off by the cost of Tuff Shed, but I found the price to be a value when all factors are considered (engineering, build, assembly/delivery). We made an appointment with Tuff Shed in Paso Robles and had the pleasure of meeting Tony Mendoza. Tony did a great job of gathering information and helped us decide which shed, the design and the features. We placed our order just about the time the pandemic hit. Unfortunately the project got delayed but Tuff Shed did a great job of keeping us updated. Of particular help was Lena Kuntz in working with the permitting of the project. Installation was impressive. It took 2 days to erect the structure and 2 days to finish it. As you can see, it turned out great. We had a freak accident and had our two old sheds destroyed at our business by a drive who lost control of her car. We decided to replace our sheds with the best and chose Tuff Shed. This is our third Tuff Shed! We live on a few acres with extensive gardens and many hobbies, including many beehives. Our house is not terribly big and indoor storage is limited. We all have choices when it comes to retailers to deal with. After several unfortunate experiences I placed a call to Tuff Shed in Paso Robles and spoke to Tony Mendoza. From our very first conversation he was so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and certainly was not a pushy salesman. He worked with me diligently over a week or so fine tuning every detail of my order, always following up to make sure all of my questions/concerns were answered. Once my order was placed he followed it through with the factory making sure all was on schedule. The crew gave me notice, they arrived during scheduled time, they were wonderful, and though I was a bit scared to see my investment arrive on a flatbed looking like a puzzle, my Tuff Sheds are absolutely everything I wanted and more.
