Best course in the world, and an amazing experience altogether!Stayed two nights at the lodge, and was luckily upgraded to a cottage on the first fairway! The golf itself was incredible, we had an amazing Caddy named Rich, who made a huge difference, would definitely recommend.Only thing that could've been improved was that I wanted to buy a ton of merch, and the sizing and selection in the three pro shops wasn't very good .

What a stupid name: I didn't see a single pebble anywhere, and the beach was mostly not accessible.Of course, I'm being facetious. Five stars. This is the greatest golf course I've ever played. Holes 4 through 11, 17, and 18 are absolutely spectacular! The rest (1, 2, 3, 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16) are merely beautiful.Getting a birdie on any one of these holes means you'll be able to brag about this for the rest of your life. For example, since I birdied #4, I'll be able to say every time they show #4 on TV, "Ha! What a chump <insert pro golfer here> is! He (or she) got par on 4, and I birdied it!"

Played pebble beach two days after the US open in 2019. Course was excellent and played tough (especially the rough!). They had hollow tyned the greens the day after the US open so beware of this if you book straight after a big event.Although the round took nearly 5 hours, the course Marshall and caddies were very charming and made it feel like it was a regular round.Bucket list course for every golfer at least once in your life.Rooms: We stayed in a suite they made a breakfast buffet in our living room which I thought was a nice touch.Walkability: We walked the course. Caddies mandatory.

Beautiful place you can experience deer 🦌 from around the corner where they eat and play but try to go closely ask highly restricted.Important this beach comes under private property so no vehicle allow except you have an booking or someone live there, but you can park your car at Pebble Visitor center and walk towards this place.

Pebble Beach Golf Links - World Class at its best.If you are a golfer it is a must on your bucket list. The course was immaculate. The caddie was friendly and knowledgeable probably saved me 5 strokes. One of the most scenic golf courses in the world.

Only place to voice my thoughts on a very poor decision to not play final round. As a life long pga and pebble fan I bet $500 on Ludvig Aberg to win tourney outright at 28 to 1. The decision after round 3 that the tourney would not be finished was clear, the announcers Mcginley and blonde haired girl wearing stocking cap who interviewed Clark on course gave it away on Saturday. The difference between now and 2009 is sportsbetting is legal nationwide and the pga supports it. You lost all credibility with the way you handled canceling the event at 18:30 the night before you called for a Monday finish. If your course cant hold water or you dont have enough staff to get the course ready for a very playable forecast on Monday then you shouldnt hold a pga tour event with 20 million prize money and open for us betting. I will never watch or bet any pga events or majors. Hope your back making $650 a round on Tuesday bc it might have taken a few extra days to get ready had you played the final round. The shelter in place thing was a joke too especially for Monday. Hopefully the Saudis take over the tour too, just dont write a bad article about the prince bc you might wind up in a bone saw, enough said you and the pga are a joke.

Golf course was in great shape. View spectacular, greens fast, fairways nice. Can't say enough good things about it. Once in a lifetime, I would recommend doing it if possible. I did play a couple of weeks ago, just didn't have time to review until now. Stayed at The Inn at Spanish Bay and the staff/service was unparalleled. Rooms were nice and clean. A must do!

Ridiculous that they trademarked a tree and litigate artists who photograph or paint it.They also post illegal signs that infringe on a coastal access easement.Generally shameful and predatory behavior.

I played golf here twice last week. What am amazing course. Not only is it beautiful but it is very “playable” for an amateur. It is not “tricked up” such that if you hit a good shot you are rewarded and if you hit a bad shot, you pay the price. Your game will be much more enjoyable if you play from the proper tees so don’t automatically go to the blue or white tees as it may be too challenging. I played from the green tees which was a good match for me.If you are contemplating playing here, you have to plan as much as a year in advance so be advised. Also, since the round is expensive, consider paying for a caddy for you and your playing partner. I know, this is even more money but it will help you immensely reading the greens and advising you where to aim your shots. After you play, you will watch and enjoy future tournaments even more than you do now as you will recall how you did playing those very same holes.

VERY DISAPPOINTING:My family flew into the area for a reunion for the first time in fifteen years. It was a bucket list trip decades in the making.Cons:1) We came during Car Week which meant that it was chaotic. We weren’t told it was Car Week and with an elderly parent with mobility issues this was problematic. We had to park far from the club house and then walk to a shuttle stop to take us to the course. There was nobody to direct us.2) After being driven to the range to hit balls, there was no transport back to the course. We had to wait and finally we were taken in a maintenance buggy and another buggy.3) There is little effort to maintain pace of play. It took 5.5 hours to get around. Caddies encourage players to hit several shots even if their first is in play. Completely unacceptable as we had to finish in the dark.4) We had booked dinner weeks in advance thru the concierge system. However, when we went to the restaurant there was no record of the reservation - even though my emails to Pebble Beach Concierge show the exchange. I showed these to the concierge in The Lodge ; they apologized but said there was nothing they could do.5) A shuttle took us back to the parking lot but said it couldn’t go in so we had to walk thru the forest in the dark with our bags to find our car.Pros:1) The course did NOT disappoint.2) The staff were very friendly and despite the conditions, tried to be helpful.

Absolutely amazing course. Was lucky enough to be invited to play and this course exceeded all expectations. Great experience, spectacular golf course, and accommodating hotel staff. The only complaint I could make was the halfway house, Neville’s between 9 and 10, serving an embarrassing limp and soggy boiled hot dog. Somewhat surprising for a 600 dollar golf course to be serving a worse hot dog than the local county jail. Put a grill at the turn with a few items containing nutritional value and this would be the best place on earth.

A must for any die hard golfer. This was truly an amazing golfing experience & is definitely among the top of all the bucket list courses any golfer can play.We had great weather & the course was in incredible shape. Words & pictures can't really communicate what it is like to really be there, you just need to go. Difficulty wise though I would say that Pebble isn't too difficult even for a decent mid-handicapper. A high handicap golfer may have some tough holes/stretches but the incredible vista's keep your frustrations away. The hotel facilities were closed during our visit, so no comment there except the restaurant at just off the 18th green was very good albeit expensive, like everything else at Pebble. - update planned trip next year, so will have update on hotel facilities '25.

We came to see the resort — and introduce family to the famed location. Even if you are not playing golf during your trip, it is nice to walk the grounds, step in to the stores, and stand in the quietness that is this beautiful space.Nearby activities: The 17 mile scenic driveSafety: Definitely felt safe but you should always be aware of your surroundingsWalkability: You can walk around the grounds, but there is not much you can reach such as a grocery store or other amenitiesFood & drinks: Nice restaurants—you pay for the experience of being here.

This place is as magical in person as it is rich in history. Had maybe the most fun on a golf course as ever in my life. Shout out to Josh and Jacob who were incredible caddies and guys. They did so many things to make sure we have a good time and collect memories along the way.

A bucket list golf course played...an amazing vacation around that. Service is far beyond expectations. accommodations are A+. Very very pricey if you decide to pull the trigger. But try to get there. The course is everything you have ever imagined and feared. Be afraid...Nearby activities: Tons of golf, scenery, landmarks, hiking, in close proximity. Big Sur, 17 mile drive, Cannery Row, Fisherman's Wharf.

The greatest meeting of land and sea. Pebble Beach needs no introduction. It truly is worth the hype and the rankings. A course you could never possibly forget. You have to play it at least once in your lifetime. A fantastic walk with sunrise and sunset views, wildlife viewing, awesome terrain, a test of your game, and an unforgettable experience. The food and staff are awesome as well.

Majestic, idyllic and an incredible experience from start to finish. Every hole is spectacular, all the views are breathtaking and it’s definitely one of the most amazing course I’ve ever played. The course is well maintained, very challenging and and tricky in some spots but with the perfect backdrop. The service and staff was very friendly. No doubt, I highly recommend this course (yes, it’s public).
