Wedge Roofing installed a foam roof for us in July of last year. The initial installation was great. The staff were friendly and efficient.The issue started in December 2023. During one of the bigger storms, our roof started leaking. I called Wedge Roofing and when I told them that my roof was leaking, the person who answered the phone informed me that foam roofs don’t leak. I said I wasn’t sure what to tell him, there was water coming through the middle of my ceiling.They sent out a team to repair the leak that day. It turns out that in between our split levels, they had not properly installed the roof. When the team repaired it, they said that it would be a permanent fix.It leaked two more times after this, so I had to call Wedge Roofing many times to finally get a permanent fix. Our ceiling is wood and now has water damage on it. I told them multiple times that their initial fix was not permanent and finally had to get a hold of the owner to get them to install flashing. Ultimately they did end up repairing the roof but I was really disappointed by how difficult it was for them to install a permanent fix. Their communication was incredibly poor during this time and I now have a water damaged ceiling.
