Oscar and his team were efficient, professional and would keep us up to date as to when workers would be arriving. Our master bathroom was actually completed quicker than I expected. All the work done was top notch. Loved how they protected the flooring and covered all our items. They also cleaned the room after each phase. We will recommend and use Oscar again.

Oscar recently remodeled my kitchen. The quality of his work is excellent. He and his crew showed up on time and as scheduled. He kept me informed about the progress. They were careful with non-construction areas of my home, protected the floors and set-up the work area to minimize construction dust and mess. His crew were courteous and respectful and always cleaned up the area before leaving for the day. During the process some additional issues were uncovered. Oscar always explained and discussed them with me. If I had questions, they were answered promptly. His crew was wonderful. And the project was completed in the planned time frame! Top Quality!

Oscar recently finished a project of kitchen and bath remodeling for my house and I'm very pleased with the quality of his work, his professionalism and punctuality! I requested quotes from 3 more contractors back in November and finally picked Zacarias. Competitive pricing and more importantly Knowledge of the trade and transparency!! No lies, no cheating and no manipulation. The best thing is his sincerity and commitment to the work that he undertook. We started with a budget of 60k and finally decided to get a lot more done (close to 200k) just because we realized that Oscar knows the trade, has the right employees and he himself monitors all the work. No fluff of project manager, coordinator etc. etc.Even when all the work is done, he is still taking care of few additional things that we just mentioned to him later. He also promised that he'll stand behind his work long after the contract is over. What else can you ask for in a contractor? Please note that he is not a handyman, he runs a full fledged conduction and remodeling business which means his rates reflect the quality of his work. Don't expect very cheap pricing although he gave us the most reasonable quote among all the bids that we had requested:) I'm very happy that we chose Oscar/Zacarias for our home remodeling and we'll continue to use him for anything big or small in the future. Thank you Oscar and Magaly!P.S. He never forced or troubled us to pay everything upfront. He trusted us and allowed us to pay as per our convenience.

Oscar and company did an outstanding job to my Mom’s home for repairs resulting from damages caused by a winter storm. Repairs to the roof and water damage from the leak to a bedroom were completed on schedule with very reasonable pricing. The construction and roof repair industry is filled with companies that will not return calls and over charge just because of demand. Zacarias Remodeling Construction is a shining star in this industry with great quality of work, fair pricing and good communication in completing work on schedule. Call them when needed

Oscar and his professional team were amazing given the fact I had a serious sewer back up on the lower level of my home. All new sheet rock, baseboards, new paint, entire new bathroom, including new cabinets, new every thing had to be replaced. Oscar is amazing as are his workers. I am so pleased with the job that they did, I would hire Oscar and his team to work for me again.

I wanted to enlarge the living room of my new home by taking down a bedroom's walls. I also wanted a door leading to the back patio from the room. This included the partial removal of a load bearing wall.I needed to have new LPV flooring installed and the crown moulding replaced. The job had little bumps - some rather expensive, like upgrading the electrical box, but the team handled it in stride, even working on the weekend at times.Zacarias Remodeling completed the work very quickly and everything looks fantastic!I had a total of 6 different companies scheduled for inspection/ quotes. 2 were no shows, 1 never followed up with a quote. Oscar didn't waste my time. He came out on a Saturday and gave an estimate range + scheduled the architect appointment at that time. I will be referring him to my friends and using his company in the future!

Our experience in working with them was nothing short of excellent.Oscar and his team (Cesar, Manuel, Sinoy or Simon) are absolute professionals and it shows in all the ways they work.Oscar always shows up on time for his appointments, including the initial inspection for a quote to the final walk through. His team always arrives early for their job and ready to work. They keep the work areas neat and clean and we always have confidence that they will not damage anything as other contractors are known to do.When we have a question about what they are doing, or want something done differently, they always respond with a smile and an explanation or agreement as to what we are requesting. If we see anything that we need changed, it is taken care of right away with courtesy.The quality of their workmanship is right on the mark. We are thrilled with how our bathroom turned out and will not hesitate to call on Oscar and his team for our next project.

Oscar and his crew are fantastic! He is an excellent communicator and responds questions and requests timely. (If you have done any project with contractors you know what I am talking about-they “choose” when and what to respond and it can be very frustrating). His crews are professional and experienced. Mr Zacarias identified the cause of the leak above our window and instructed us how to do a temporary fix the day before the Big Rains started and continued for 3 months. We were truly grateful! After the rains subsided we had a beautiful garden window installed. We had flooring installed in a room with a heavy piano and pool table without having to remove them. We had our stucco repaired and the house painted. All work was done skillfully! The crews were On Time, competent and friendly. Mr Zacarias was always communicating with us and he was a pleasure to work with. We have recommended him to our neighbors and plan to utilize his services again and again!
