I had an amazing experience working with Creekside Pro Construction. Nur, our Project Manager, was easy to communicate with and responded promptly to all our feedback as the project progressed. He was well-informed, attentive, and highly professional. He took the time to listen to our needs and ensured our satisfaction at every stage of the project.Meeting with the interior designer, Jordan, was a delight. She was accommodating and helped bring our vision to life by choosing the best design options. The construction crew, too, was a pleasure to work with. They were always on time and professional and made sure the area was clean and prepared for work at the beginning and end of each day, making us feel comfortable and at ease.It was truly a pleasure working with the entire team at Creekside Pro Construction. I'm confident I'll hire them again for future renovation projects!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Jacob who is our project manager, and partner owner of the company's.From the design phase to the construction and demolition, the business was there every step of the way to ensure that the entire process ran smoothly. basement renovation was also exceptional, the keen sense of psychology and attention to detail being a key factor in making the space comfortable and inviting.One of the things that stood out most about Jacob's work was the ability to work within my budget. We used Creekside Pro Construction for our kitchen remodel and are very happy we did. They installed all new cabinets and stunning porcelain countertops along with a Moroccan tile backsplash that we picked out. We changed from gas to an induction range cooktop and it looks like it is not even there. We can't stop looking at our new kitchen.During any project like this, there are bound to be hiccups related to materials, measurements, schedules, deliveries, appliances that don't quite fit, code compliance issues, etc. What is important is that you work with a contractor who is responsive and cheerfully corrects those things along the way to your satisfaction. We worked primarily with Jacob as our key point of contact from Creekside Pro and he consistently delivered in that regard. One prime example of that was our beast of a built-in refrigerator. When the new cabinets were installed, the refrigerator door would not open quite wide enough to completely remove a vegetable drawer. Rather than modify our new cabinets, they resized the wall next to the refrigerator door and not only fixed the problem, but it looked more elegant than the original piece of wall.I highly recommend Creekside Pro Construction. They are ethical and very responsive to any issues or concerns.

Found Creekside Pro Construction on Thumbtack after requesting quotes for just tile replacements & decided to go with complete tub replacement & tub surround & am very happy with the quick service & completed job. It is beautiful! I worked with Nur Atash & Jimmy Schwartz & they dropped by many times to see progress on the job. My dog Pepper will miss them both but especially Nur, he was Pepper’s favorite!!!

Working with Ben and his Team on the main Bathroom remodel was a pleasure. We had an unfinished Main Bathroom project that Ben took charge of and worked directly with us to get the concept we wanted since this is our forever home. The schedule was well planned and met. In addition, the crew assigned was also excellent. They cleaned up after the work and paid attention to details. We just finished our kitchen and dining room remodel. Their team did a great job of putting our vision from concept to completion. We initially had some rough patches but Jacob, the owner, was able to smooth out them out. Great customer service, really listened to our needs and provided above and beyond customer satisfaction. we had a number of remodeling projects on our to do list and originally planned to only use Creekside pro construction for our bathroom renovation. However, after the experience with Ben and the responsiveness and the whole experience with the team, we end up using Creekside pro construction for a whole remodel it included 2000 ft.² of siding upper and lower decks and a new pergola . The crew were fantastic from start to finish, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Big shout out to for staying on top of everything.

I interviewed Barak and accepted the bid for my bath renovation.Two weeks ago the bath renovation began. Four crew members entered my home and prepared my house by covering floors and walls. They demolished the bath in less than a day and removed all debris, then they began the new work. They arrived each day on time and we’re always courteous and considerate. The inspections were timely and jobs were given the ok.I had use of my toilet most of the time and that was very helpful. Jimmy came by routinely and managed the job for quality. Barak also came by routinely and checked on progress of job.The bath was completed and inspected in a little less that two weeks. All materials were removed and site was cleaned.I am very pleased with the outcome and love the beauty of my new bath.Creekside Pro Construction has been a pleasure to work with. They listened to my ideas and advised me accordingly and accepted my terms whenever it was feasible. They are professional, they have integrity , and very patient with this client.I will recommend them to everyone, they have made a very positive impression on me

We needed our kitchen and two baths updated and found Creekside Pro on the internet. I looked at some of their work, read reviews, and when Nur came out, I immediately trusted him and wanted to work with them. They helped us find a kitchen designer and order tile and appliances, while they took care of everything else.All the crew members were wonderful to work with and accommodated our needs by working first on one bathroom and then the other. The handled all permits and any complications that arose, they tended to. They also painted our entire house indoors.Jimmy was here frequently to be sure we were happy with the work and to address any problems.We're very happy with all their work and love our new baths and kitchen. I highly recommend them.

We sustained damage to our home from a tree falling onto it during the storms in Jan. We needed a new roof/supporting structures, and repairs to the interior and exterior walls. From start to finish, this company was exceptional and mapping out the scope of work to detailing what should be done as opposed to what was going on with the property. The property had not been painted in 20+ years they came in they patched, they sealed they sprayed they rolled and it is an absolute beautiful professional job. They also replaced my light fixtures and doorbell that they threw in just because they are kind hearted. I honestly couldn’t be happier with this job. I was very nervous in choosing a contractor at first, because of all the different options and pricing. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for, and I sure did!The guys were so professional, so courteous and timely. It was a really nice surprise to have the project finished on time and with minimal impact on our daily activity. Barak worked with our schedule after we were done with patients, did the necessary coordination with the utility companies and was fair on the cost and kept the line of communication open at all times. The actual workers and quality that they produced was good, but the communication from the PM we used was really chaotic. When there was an issue, we would let him know, and nearly every time he would become argumentative via text. It felt like my wife and I were constantly having to defend ourselves by sending pictures. I don't know if it's because we're 2 women, but it seemed like we really weren't respected in the process. Even the workers on more than several occasions expressed frustration because the PM wasn't communicating with them what was needed next. Thank goodness my wife and I work from home, because we were told that we had to run to Home Depot on several occasions unexpectedly. It looks like most reviews on this company are great, so maybe it really just depends on who you get as the PM. In the beginning there were a couple things he threw in "free of charge" but kept reminding us about it, which was super awkward. Had he left it as a "gift" it would have felt more genuine. We've used other companies in the past that really took ownership of the whole project start to finish. With these guys, we had to really stay on top of the materials and process. There were quite a few unfinished pieces too that thankfully our other contractor caught - such as the new vent on top of the roof was never secured - which already was causing leaking. I wanted a new kitchen and got a beautiful new kitchen plus lifetime friends. I went through two deaths in my family, weeks after I signed the contract. Barak called me in the middle of my tears. He was SO kind and SO thoughtful that I knew I had made the right decision hiring him. Everything he (or his subcontractors) did was on time!! I had heard horror stories about contractors. Barak proved all of them wrong. The quality control guy named Jimmy arrived EVERY morning at 7:45 to record the work that had been done the day before. Barak would call or text me every evening to let me know what time the subcontractors would be here; and they would arrive on time!! I live in The City and they always found parking and put in a full day of work. They were very professional and polite. Trust me, I am not exaggerating!! Barak always reminded me that I needed to be 100% happy. Honestly, it took a little longer than expected but he held up his end of the commitment; I’m 100% happy.My only regret is that we used Lowe’s. We had some delays; all due to Lowe’s back orders and wrong deliveries. Creekside Pro was not to blame. I will definitely use this company again.
