Drew Williams,the manager, is exceptionally rude. A couple of months ago I went there for help with a fireplace (they used to sell those too). Drew was berating a female customer and told me to call the manufacturer myself. Yesterday he was yelling at me. The receptionist apologized after Drew left.I bought three roofs there over the years, and needed help with a problem affecting the roof tiles they sold me a few years ago. Forget it. I'll get help elsewhere. Not going back for more abuse.

I called to ask if I can order some roof materials . A lady named Sue answered the call. She is very impatient and rude.

I love California shingle & shake the Pleasanton yard is my favorite because they know me more there then the Concord yard but both are wonderful.
