We used Integrity roofing for a leak in our 14 year old home, the communication is excellent they reached out to us, did an inspection and gave us a quote before any other company we had reached out to even returned our call!!With all the rain in the Bay Area we we were worried about further damage to the interior walls, we were scheduled a few weeks out but they were able to come in sooner and complete the repairs.With before and after pictures and videos the scope of the work was well explained and the price was fair and less than what I was expecting. With a 2 year warranty there’s a peace of mind that the work was done properly.We have used them again on a different property with a leaky roof and the service was stellar thanks to an amazing team working behind the scenes, thanks to Malena and Liz for making the process smooth. I would highly recommend Integrating roofing.

Responsive service from initial proposal through project completion. Proposal contains photos of work areas and a description of materials and work to be done. Crew communication was clear and also included photos as necessary. Communication via email, phone and text helps with scheduling coordination. Highly recommended.

Water started leaking in my dining room the day before I was scheduled to show my house for an open house. Panicked I called a couple of roofers. The first recommended replacing one side of the roof. Seemed excessive for a small leak but it is always hard to determine where the water is coming from. Called Integrity and the arrived on time Jamin pulled out a ladder hopped on the roof and identified the source of the leak as a cracked tile. Jamin told me where I could find a replacement and came back the next day and replaced the damaged tile. I could not be happier with the level of service and honesty Jamin delivers. They do live up to the company name. I highly recommend using them for any roofing needs. This was for a concrete tile roof.

I tried getting quotes from a few companies and what stood out about Integrity is they are just easy to work with. What took a couple text messages with Jamin was taking weeks of arrangements with other companies.Regarding prices ... The prices are good. They are not the cheapest but definitely good value and no surprises along the way.Regarding quality ... I happened to be home and could spend a few hours on the roof watching their crew to do their work and I can tell they did well. No shortcuts, everything was done as it should be. Integrity Roofing Systems lives up to their name. They have high integrity and you can trust them with your repair work. We used them last year for a job. First of all they are honest, one of the area on the roof did not require repair, the area was difficult to reach and you have to remove the tiles to assess. So in their initial estimate, they included the cost of this repair but once they started working on it, they informed me that the roof was good in that part and reduced the price from their estimate accordingly. Second, their customer service and response time is best, for a follow up minor issue, I called them and they took care of it the very next day. Third, they are professional, customer centric, and you can count on their warranty. With all this atmospheric river and storms, it must be one of the busiest times of the year for them, even then they responded within 24 hours and honor the warranty of their repair work. I found my roof was leaking during the raining day. I contacted Integrity Roofing, after reading top rated reviews, and already had a quote from another company. The communication with Integrity Roofing was smooth, Jamin came quickly and inspected thoroughly, and found more roof damage than I am aware of. The quote was lower than the other company and reasonable. I felt it’s important to find a trustworthy company since you can’t go up to the roof to inspect everything. And I trusted them. Three workers and Jamin came promptly, completely the job well, Jamin inspected the work to ensure all work completed in satisfaction. My wife and I received a recommendation for Integrity Roofing Systems from our future solar installers. We wanted to have our roof assessed to see if it would hold up to a solar installation prior to having it installed. When we do reviews on various businesses we start with the preliminary basic performance areas. This company checks all those, such as good value, reliability...etc. They came out to my home, provided a free estimate. The estimate was very reasonable. I was impressed with their response and ultimately their quality of work. I had a corner of my roof that needed repair and they completed the work in a short amount of time. I trust their work and the people running this company. I contracted Jamin from Integrity Roofing System a few months back as there was roof repair needed from wind damage. He was super responsive, extremely polite and did a fantastic job! Then just yesterday I thought there might some roof damage and I called him hoping he come urgently. He said he's coming right away, checked out everything and confirmed it's not the roof (sent me a video as well of when he was up there). Didn't charge me a dime for this visit and was still so friendly and professional. I had a leak in our roof for a while now and the leak was prominent only during heavy rains. I had called in the house builder and they couldn't figure it out. Last month, during the atmospheric rains, the leak was pretty bad and I called in Integrity Roofing Systems. They came in for an inspection and determined the leak in a matter of minutes and gave me a very reasonable quote to repair the problem. I signed up for repair and it was done in a matter of hours. We couldn't have asked for a better roofing contractor when we replaced our Garage/Sewing Room roof in September. Jamin was so highly recommended by a neighbor, who is a retired contractor, that we didn't bother getting a second quote. His workmanship is quite evident on our neighbor's roof right next door! We wanted to get our roof inspected for solar installation. Jamin came, inspected and said no issues with the roof. Call me after 5 years. It may need some repairs then. Who says like that nowadays! Anyways, as solar panels go up for 25 years, we did get the underlayerment replaced for selected sections of the roof. Their quote was very fair as compared to 3 other quotes that we got. Guys showed up on time, very professional. In the process some tiles got their sides chipped. They could have just left them as such without us ever knowing about them, but they told us about it, took time to find similar tiles and sent a a guy to replace the chipped tiles after they were done. As our tiles are hard to find, they also got us some spare tiles just in case for future use. Very happy with their service.Services: Roof inspection, Roof repair

It was so AMAZING to work with Jamin (Owner) We contacted him for our roof inspection which needed some work done. I can’t really thank Jamin to come out so soon himself and inspect the entire roof of our house and show me the pictures. He was was detailed and honest right from the start of the first phone call.
