I used him 5 years ago for a roofing problem and he did a good job. So I called Rich again for a roof leak and set up an appointment. He didn't call or show up so I called that night. He gave no excuse and just said we had to reschedule, which we did. On that day he texted me to verify appointment but again didn't call or show up. So I decided to use another company.
